An extremely quick and easy recipe from the 2017 Protein Pow cookbook - this one's on page 51. These protein bars are delicious, gluten-free, vegan, plant-based, and require no baking! Amounts are as follows:
1⁄4 cup pea protein powder
3 tablespoons almond butter
1⁄8 cup agave, date, or maple syrup
3 tablespoons almond milk
3 tablespoons ground almonds
1 tablespoon cranberries
1 square dark chocolate, chopped
Directions are easy: just mix, shape, and POW! Enjoy.
