it's all well and good that someone can play Kabal like that, I'm sure it takes mad skill to do those cancels consistently. But I do find it very unimpressive for the simple fact that it is kind of spam. 60% Projectile/Chip dmg total of 37 projectiles . 40% actual dmg 12%, 16%, 12% But it goes against my philosophy to frown upon as in my day of fighters there is always a way to deal with these types of strategies. If your good enough it can be beat.
the difference between the robot and human versions are the safety and recovery of their abilities. Humans have much safer move recovery and are more widely used in the pro world than the robot versions for just that reason.
What? Human Sektor has better matchups than Robo and almost nobody uses him. Also the talking point of Human Cyrax's going under Kabal's IAGBs is moot. A true Kabal main will scout this and just ground saw him all day. He can get 80%+ resets but the timing is far stricter than Robo's. Most Cyrax players don't bother because they don't understand his footsies and just want damage handed to them on a silver platter. No disrespect to Maxter because his footsies with Cage and Sektor are phenomenal.
just cuz u dont like it means that it sucks?psh mk is probably the best fighting game in a long time a very even and polished game and unlike street fighter every charecter has its own moves and look and unlike marvel vs capcom u can actually see whats going on and u cant button mach and do awsome combos and dont say u cant cuz i do it all the time on mvc3 online
uh...lol? Cyblax is only used against Kabal because his net goes under IAGB. Thats the only reason to ever use cyblax. His resets do less damage and are harder to do. Don't speak about a game you clearly know nothing about. 95% of matches played in major tournaments are robots over human
If You cancel at the right time, the opponents attack will hit the armor but if you start your B121 combo as soon as u cancel the dash then u will hit the opponent. So the opponent will hit your armor while you will be able to start your combo. This is better because it results in more damage than if you would have just spinned the opponent AND this is less risky because if the opponent does block while u do the Ex dash cancel you won't get punished if u cancel into combo but if u commit u will
Can someone tell me why kabal players cancel ex nomad dash instead of just a normal one? Is it just an input error, cuz it kinda wastes meter for no reason...
He retains the armor for a little bit after cancelling enhanced Nomad dash, it's almost like Jade's enhanced glow. Also block strings cancelled into EX Nomad Dash cancels give more frame advantage than if you do a normal nomad dash cancel.
