Other than reo nobody plays a truly great kabal other than reo nobody can keep up consistent forward 3 4 nomad dash cancel pressure except him but many players can beat a great kabal reo always has strouble with good Kung Laos and Sonyas but other than that he always dominates I think kabals top 5 but not the best in the game
kabal is sooooo broken it's not even funny.... kenshi cage and cyrax are all broken. mk is not balanced in any way. I love mk but it is frustrating how broken it is
In my opinion the top 5 best tournament plays are Kung Lao kabal Sonya jax and maybe a well used cyrax or ermac Id say Freddy for being probably the best zoned in the game but he's no longer tournament legal I think
yes sir kabal is so broken mortal kombat isnot balanced, i like the tournaments ceo 2011 and evo 2012. But the game has evolved a lot, and it's not like it was before
Wow... Kabal is #1 because he has no bad Mu's. PL won evo2k11/2k12 because he played smarter than everyone else, not because KL is #1. Cd jr beats reo in the jax vs kabal mu because he plays smarter, not because jax is a better character. You still have to be a good player to win with kabal, just because kabal is the best statistically, doesnt mean he's always going to win. I'm done with this argument. Look at a MU chart and go to MK_REO's channel.
Its amazing how these games make like 30+ characters and everyone just ends up picking the same 5...like just make a fighting game with 5 people...oh wait then everyone would just use 2...fuckin ridiculous....i mean the matches are good but damn shits gettin old

if kabal is number one then why does perfect legend probably the best mk fighter always win with kung lao and CD jr beat REOs kabal with jax....and everyone says REOs kabal is one of the best kabals u have no point or proof and that was my point u have to be good at the game ur were acting like if u pick kabal ur gona win theres nothing u can do about it.
im sorry but no i have played in tournaments and i have beaten really high level kabals with sub-zero....it depends on the player not always the fighter u choose
So? GGA Jeriamiah beat cat in the sheeva kabal matchup which is like 8-2 9-1 doesnt meant shit. Use common sense dude, just because a character is the best doesnt mean you're gonna be winning all the matchups, you still need to be good in a matchup. Idk what high level kabal is gonna be beat by Sub (if you have their alias i'd like to know what it is) but either way kabal is #1 and just because you beat a kabal doesnt mean he's not
But cat's kabal is terrible,while jeremiah have the best sheeva of the world. The same jaremiah fight against REO and GGA Soonk and was flawless and destroyed .
Kabal is by far #1, theres so much controversy about him, he nearly is banned in tournament level, cyrax is no doubt top5, and cage is top 10, and btw a character can be broken without being the best character.
depending on the stage some have more space than others which suite their play style, rush down a small stage, or if you favor range you need a larger stage for keep away
Old comment but just in case u never found out so for game 1 P2 gets to decide unless P1 plays Kung Lao then they agree on a stage or do random select then the loser of the previous match gets to choose for everything past game 1
