If they can't cover such an important news from a nearby district also then wats the point of opening a you tube news channel. If one is truly a great reporter then he/she should have the courage to go anywhere and face the music. It looks like ur one of his family members who's forever trying to put him in a pedestal by acknowledging him as a great reporter. But we the viewers are not blind so ur funda is not working.
If im not mistaken this is not the first time, if this type of happen in other state continuously public n civil organization will strictly demand even for the resignation of concern Minister n Official, wake up Naga People , tomorrow it will happen to our own family member also, pry for the speedy recovery

A sincere Govt. servant like this lineman deserved to be appreciated and grant financial assistance satisfactorily by the Department , moreover , the Department should be more serious on precautionary measures for this risky works to be looked after without delay 👍🙏
Electrocution of linemen is happening again and again. Proper investigation should be initiated and culprits should be booked and awarded befitting punishment, then only department staffs will be more careful and follow standard operating procedure.

My brother too had electrocuted 2/3 years back,he is still not fully recover cos his accident was too serious,that accident almost took his life.Most hardest n risky works,pray for all the lineman that no one should lost his life through electrocute
Please value life.... This is not the first time please be responsible power department. It's a very risky job. Employees are also human like us feeding a family behind. People in the control room must be psychos with killer Instincts..this isn't the first time such carelessness has happened. Once is a mistake,twice is deliberate.

Every department is involved in political parties (even police) Nothing is Christian related in nagaland. Naga has different tribes, like culture, like attitude like on and so. As told, if Naga people gets independent we people will fight tribes wise 👍 All for money & fame

My dad had major electrocuted in the year 2013..it almost take his life, he had hospitalized for almost a year his upper limbs are handicapped now but by the grace of God he is fine n could manage to do some work.

For some lineman they still didn't get their salary more than 16/17months n they are doing their jobs,govt should look this matter seriously,too risky works,i feel pity for them
I think it's 4or5years back I heard a story of some unknown person with gun 👉 point force to give the line while lineman (coligs) wer working .in Nagarjan power office in summer .frm a person who was in-charge on that perticular time.
Every incident Is happened in Dimapur because of control room connecting the line before receiving any information from linemans who are working.. Lineman who was watching the control room must invistigate the matter seriously.. Otherwise, all electrocuted happens because of misinformation in control room..
safety suit should provide equipment should provide..they got injured because of corrupted Power Department of Nagaland.i see this everyday with simple normal clothes they wear.
i would like to also take this opportunity to shed light on salary issues faced by power department employees , especially fixed and scale employees are so underpaid. Scale employees salaries arent even 5500. Plus salaries arent disbursed on time either, workers are paid 2 month salary after 3 months only! so in 1 year staffs gets salary only for 8 month, dues are cleared before finincial year though but irregularities in payment causes so much hardships. Please dig into this matter and do power department staffs justice.
It's not a miscommunication. They are not following SOP. Since it's Nagaland they just take everything lightly. "The control room people should go to jail or get suspended " The control room people should not be more than 40 years old. Should be trained well. So poor Electrical Department can't even handle this simple SOP
How can such a mistake like this happen? I'm sure the control room has experience to close/open supply of power while work is going on unless someone who wasn't suppose to be in the control room was present. Please dig deeper. Higher ups also might have given money to this guy so he doesn't speak out. Before anyone calls me a conspiracy theorist I got some inside information lol

Well the MLA's whoever have been holding the power portfolio have never changed in Nagaland. They've all been the same. And the current one is nonetheless the same. Kaam naai this department. Even reverends say it in church this department is the worst. Be it the current sunglass wala MLA or the department officials. This particular department doesn't upgrade at all. Even the online method was initiated by Central government..idk what this department will do to bring better power supply during the 3-4 months of summer in Nagaland. Dimapur at least!
