They can't apologise, their self-image is built on an idea of authority, and all notions of authority rely on a notion of inerrancy to function, in their minds they are never wrong, they only ever get bad information or interact with unreasonable people . . . it will never be their fault, apologising would be an admission of sorts that would undermine their image of themselves, so that's not an option.

Forget Ian Gould. Totally useless scammer. I used him a few years back and he told me I had no case against the filth. A few years later I took my case to a barrister and was informed I had had a very strong case against the filth but that my claimed had become time barred. Thus Ian Gould character cherry picks cases and if the case seems complicated he backs away from it by telling you you have a weak case.

@ass640

Also, if a police officer points a taser at you and tells you to do as your told, you should be able to fight back legally and be exonerated in court after the fact. He threatened an innocent's man's life because someone in a building made a completely unprovable report that he might have a knife on him. The cop should lose his job for a start and lose his pension for the remainder of his life.

@@ass640 That's maybe a bit harsh. They do need to control the initial situation but after getting control and assessing no threat they should have uncuffed him immediately. After that it became an exercise in citizen intimidation. They wanted to make sure the citizen knew poking around the City of London would not be tolerated. City of London is a specially protected zone where you're normal rights don't hold water. You can be detained and manhandled with impunity. What goes on in the city is not in the purview of a lowly citizen of the UK. Luv and Peace.
@McfcMancs
@McfcMancs 10 месяцев назад
@@ass640 WTF are you talking about? They’re acting on information that has been forwarded to them. What would you say if they went there, didn’t pull the tasers out and search them. That person then goes on to stab someone, what would you be saying then? ‘That copper needs sacking for not doing their job properly’, is exactly what you’d be saying. I’ve had numerous encounters with police, some bad but mostly good. I put myself into the situation where they had to be called and they reacted in the way they deemed appropriate. At the time I thought they were being excessive but as I’ve grown, I now understand why they did it the way they did. I was a violent individual and would have upwards of 5-10 police come when they were searching for me. They did this because of the information they were given and rightly so.

I'm a black male, and once was sat in my car in south london, an elderly woman was walking past my car when i noticed a young white male run up behind her and grab her hand bad - she started screaming as the man started to run off with her bag - as an ex sprinter i got out of my car and chased the mugger and quickly caught up to him. i grabbed his collar as he pleaded with me to free him - i shouted at the neighbours to call the police as i held on to him - i took the bag off him with one hand as i held on to him, as the victim approached me in hysterics, i handed her bag back to her. About under 10 minutes later the police were on the scene as they had received the call about the mugging - despite me being the one who was making a citizens arrest, when the officers arrived on the scene they grabbed hold of me as i was holding on to the mugger as if they believed me to be the mugger. The neighbours soon shouted to the officers i was holding on to the mugger. I was very angry with the police for assuming i was the mugger by being stereotypical. The mugger pleading guilty in court and i was awarded £500 from the judge for my bravery. Shame the police cant see that we can actually be law abiding citizens.

They take fingerprints (if they even turn up) and then they "solve" them all through "ticks" where they get heroin addicts to put ticks next to crimes they admit to. They take a list of crimes that the person _could_ have comitted (ie they weren't in Spain at the time) and the more crimes they "admit" to, the lighter the sentence. You know... For their "honesty"! That's genuinely how they "solve" burglaries in police forces across the UK! It's an absolute travesty of justice and they're all complicit in it. Now ask yourself why they do this. It's not because it's easier, most cops join with good intentions. It's because this behaviour is incetivised. As soon as you join, this becomes normalised. The system is set up that way in order to make British citizens feel unsafe. When people feel unsafe, they're easily controlled. See the latest mobile phone alert system. It's to scare you. The City of London as an independent entity within the UK is a symbol of all that is wrong in the UK. It might be a tradition but it is a fucked up tradition like slavery or Male only voting. The city of London is nothing less than the tyranny of the rich acting independently within the most influential worldwide part of London. London's financial markets are a law unto themselves and it's enshrined in UK law. The reason we were made to Brexit is the EU tried to bust up their stranglehold over laws governing UK banks. The EU Tax harmonisation push to stop tax havens was so detrimental to the City that they pulled all their seedy strings to force the Conservatives to leave the EU and allow the UK to be the manager of tax havens for dodgy money worldwide. As a country we should be ashamed of the sort of people that bank with us. We are the global leading method of laundering money attained by exploiting and harming entire populations. Is it any wonder that's what Conservative governments do as well? For them It's normalised behaviour. All their friends are at it with their own populace so why shouldn't we?. The French did the right thing back then and we need to do it now. Luv and Peace.

Should an armed cop be anywhere near the public when he doesn't know the law? British armed police rarely get it right and shoot and kill innocent victims. A girl I knew who was 8 months pregnant was shot and killed by cops as she came out of her flat - I am sure she looked like a male who was pregnant - because it was a male they were after. There have been so many since then.

We identified potential issues with Taser being used for compliance in almost a quarter of the cases we reviewed. We found in some cases that officers failed to identify, and as a result failed to consider, how a person’s vulnerabilities might affect their ability to understand and comply with instructions. ======= In this case, officers need to be sacked.

Secondly, I hope you do FOIA request the call to hear what was said and if no knife is mentioned may heads roll. Lastly, Why are they still holding your mate after they've searched him and taken cuffs off? Seems extreme. Also you're in cuffs for quite a while even though they know you have no knife. What law is the Sarge talking about that doesn't allow him to uncuff you, he thinks only the detaining officer can? 🤔 At the end the officer say's "If you are Auditing, be exceptionally careful with what you are doing or you may get searched" ....except, you were careful and did absolutely nothing wrong and were still searched!

It’s insane the lengths they go to to try and find something to pin on these guys yet don’t even bother trying to get the groomers and terrorists

He said it was an off duty cop who claimed he SAW a knife, and they thought he was Marty. It was a setup and the cop will not be punished for lying. Look at thag search! And the cop said it was visible!

That under cover cop in the green shirt instigated this crazy response it’s truly out the gate. Cops tried everything to charge these guys . They always misuse the terrorist act.

I've seen this sort of thing before. It smells like a set up to intimidate the auditors. They think they can scare auditors into stopping. Coppers now either act stupid nice to auditors like they're a customer in a shop or they do this - I guess it depends on the particular station and who's in charge.

They did it with Reggie claiming he had a machete as he was walking through a park, funny how they all quickly walked away after finding nothing but they claimed someone matching his description had one but they never carried on looking for anyone.
