It’s not a bad job been a copper standing about doing nothing talking to people with camera’s who are Not breaking the law, if you call the police to report a crime they turn up 3 days later if at all, did these coppers really join the police force to fight crime or just bullying members of the public

coppers seem to have short term memory loss, as soon as they walk away they forget everything that just happened thats why no one knows they were there or what they decided
what will actually happen is that authority will push back. i wouldnt be surprised if we dont see a bill in the commons to prevent ANY photography around police stations. freedom is like an injured bird, you only want to hold it just enough so it doesnt fly away and you can nurture it.

New test for all officers Q. What is the meaning of the thin blue line union jack velcro some of you wear? Their answer will be something like... "Its for fallen officers" IT'S NOT! A. Its actually a charity that helps Police officers with mental health problems. If they get it wrong don't tell them the answer just tell them their wrong and as such they should remove it until they know the correct reason, otherwise its a gang symbol and you will be making a complaint of incorrect or defective uniform.
Could be because the quality of the public is lower and has changed attitude to the bolshie cops who seem to have it in their tiny brains that whatever you are doing it's their duty to stick their nose in your business at any time, tell them to trot on and chase criminals instead of trying to think up something to nick you for.

Again, cops making something out of nothing making themselves look more foolish than they already can be.They do know that photography in itself is not a crime but they are acting as if it is and saying that your making people feel uncomfortable is not your problem whilst your on a public footpath, that is their problem. Keep the vids up and holding them to account.
As an ex police officer I am appalled at the standards (or lack of them) which allows people like these into the police service. They also have zero understanding that photography in a public place is lawful, and should not be impeded unless there are reasons to suspect a crime or breach under S43 of the terrorism act (which this clearly isn`t). The female officer was polite and respectful.

Nail on the head! That's the problem here, it just shows how much training all of these officers get if the foreign officers are still trying to enforce the laws of their own country.
Credit to the young female officer that had a chat - whilst she didn't quite see it from the legal side, she was pleasant and polite and not overly tactical in her questioning. Shame more couldn't take a leaf out of her book.
I'm off the Germany tomorrow to get a job as a Policeman, I won't bother learning the language that well and I certainly won't bother learning the law I'll just wing it, the Germans send you to a massive college to learn how to be a policeman, the course is pretty intensive and lasts nearly 2 hours including the lunch break and the tea breaks. Does the above sound in any way feasible ?
if a cop tell me i can be arrest for fail to ID myself i tell them i can sue u for false arrest, assault & etc want play game let do it arrest me & take me to jail i want a lawyer & case worker now cuz im NOT telling nothing also u get no finger print off me or so if u force me to then u get more charges add on & i will not speak to ur medical staff at all cuz if so then i charge $1000 per fee from each officer asking me or so
The two cops get out from the marked car and both stand there with their hands in their pockets on interaction with you both, this just shows how much they really respect the basic police codes of conduct. Its disrespectful and shows a lack of any professionalism whatsoever. Also the passenger cop opened the car door without checking and nearly took out that pedestrian....it was very close.
That wasn't a warrant card it was an I.D card, not the same thing that is used to open doors and gates a warrant card is issued by the crown and is always with the Queens warrant
Warrant cards are the plastic ID cards which contain their name, photo, rank and warrant number. I think you’re getting confused with the leather wallets.
Same as our cops here in the US...They get frustrated when the reality of a high level of pushback sets in....The downside to that is the frustration can rapidly escalate, and go anywhere...so it's good insurance to be careful...and expect the unexpected...
AB came here in Sept. 21, had a terrible time, on numerous occasions during the audit, the officers were DISGRACEFUL towards him.... Some must of been retrained, others must of fallen asleep during retraining ho ho. Excellent Video, Stay Safe

when a person I know got attacked (he was with his son outside their house) they said they would be there in 5 days to file a report .. they are a joke when they turn up this quickly .. overfunded police station.

Next time you ask questions to a constable, ask this one "what do you think of what the lord chief justice has said about, (constable's not honouring their oath?) lord chief justice's words are , any constable not honouring their oath , proportional force can be used against them" and misfeasance in office holds a 10 years sentence, these sort of questions will make them think , because lots will see , another thing is knowing you have been granted power by the lord chief Justice , is always a nice back up to have , you could be the only witness if some situations🤔

I used to think of these people as wastrels but they do expose the vastly inflated egos of these idiotic public servants. If only they knew the laws they are supposed to uphold.
I've seen many of these types of videos now after the first one of its kind came up as a recommendation. Its astounding to learn how many serving police officers have a very basic knowledge of the law. They swear to this oath ( “I do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law.”). Whilst a layer will typically study law for approx 6 years, police training is only 18 -22 weeks in the classroom leaving little to the imagination as to what can be achieved in such a short space of time. The emphasis for studying seems to be more practical based focusing on control and restraint procedures. Every constable is an independent legal entity; the public’s guarantee of impartiality. Officers of the crown operate independent of undue influence, interference and with a personal responsibility which requires a unique type of person and commitment. Police officers should most certainly be accountable for their conduct. Hopefully these types of videos will only aid in bringing such practices to public attention and lead to a change in police attitudes. The most obvious and welcome outcome one can hope for is for police officers to study the law much more thoroughly and the appropriate examinations should follow.

That lass you was talking to was there for about twenty minutes, so that's about £15 of wasted Police funds, or around £45 for the three uniformed officers, never mind any of the plain clothes ones, or the cost of the car. All for a perfectly legal activity. Then cops complain they are short-staffed and under-funded.
The female police officer pretended to be friendly but all she wanted was your details in the hope she could run your details and arrest you and get you locked up for as long as possible.

Here’s a little bit of advice for this exact situation; when there’s more than one of you guys and you’ve told the police you no longer wish to talk to them. Turn your back on them and talk to each other. Talk about your equipment. Talk about where you’re going next. Talk about your respective shoes sizes. Talk about anything! If the police interrupt, all you need do is say “We’ve explained why we’re here and what we’re doing, it’s perfectly legal and we’re not obliged to help you in your investigation. You, crack on”. Then turn away again and get back to you’re conversation.
