I’ve had about 2 weeks where I’ve felt so much better like a cloud had lifted… then a stressful event happened and I feel like I’ve regressed a couple months with symptoms that returned. With flare ups on healing journey, what should I expect for length of time it takes to get back on track and feeling better again?

It totally depends on how well you are supporting your nervous system and detox pathways! Anywhere from a few days to 6 weeks. It is not regression, though!

Just trying to understand what causes the flare up and why they happen after an emotional event 😩 I’ve been linking a lot of my progress to the gut rebuilding so the stress related flare up has me scratching my head. Like did it cause my gut to go out of wack again?
