Today I answer your questions about getting slapped, the leg version of your armpit, the truth about stepping on a crack and breaking your mommas back, the REM cycle, my next tattoo, chopsticks, dreams, lemons causing weight loss, breaking bones, CPR, protein and bodybuilding, cold weather causing colds, sodium intake, getting light headed, and high blood pressure. Leave your questions down below!
Are bones wet or dry?
Can you eat apple stems?
Is there birth control for men?
Should I put on sunscreen before or after makeup?
Why does your funny bone hurt?
Why do we throw up?
Is it safer to wear over the ear or in ear headphones?
Do jaw trainers work?
I LOVE reading your comments and take your suggestions seriously. If there’s a subject you want me to discuss or something you’d like for me to react to, leave a comment down below. Many of my videos have been born out of suggestions directly from you, so don’t hold back!

Yeah, though, with sugars it's a more complex topic. Not necessarily all sugars are bad (Take into account fruit sugars, whose absorption lowers thanks to fiber), but I think the main problem are added sugars in many processed foods. It depends on what it actually is, not all sugar is the same and they aren't all handled in the same way in the body. Added sugars and processed sugars are more of the problem than sugars from food like oranges and strawberries. The same can be said for lipids and many other nutrients

@@cedar4539 Your body and diet also gets used to all those crappy processed foods that you will always have these cravings and sometimes never really feel satiated, it's a major problem with obesity in the US due to legalizing bad stuff in foods where majority of countries have banned. Also the unnecessary large portion sized. I also was born and still live in the US so it's not just me following the stereotypes and what not.
@trajectoryunown

@@johnshepherd4299 That's primarily due to the fiber in the fruits that slow sugar absorption. Fruits can be eaten safely by most diabetics, in modest quantities of course, due to this. Both fructose and dextrose are absorbed directly.

The problem was that emotions from my dreams were affecting me just as much as if they had come from reality, so I could wake up and be pissed all day due to something someone did in my dream. It was not real, but the feeling of anger WAS.

For sport activities I use bone conduction earphones. It is leave your ear free to hear the noises of your environment and you can still enjoy music or audiobook or whatever. Before I discovered this type of earphone I used AirPods with transparency on but sometimes it made my ear hurt after an hour or so. Over ear stuff was out of the question as it would have separate me from the environment in an urban area, which is dangerous. So Bone Conduction changed the way I live my life. It can be on my head for hours without discomfort. I can hear contents really good and at the same time my environment, I can make conversations while it is on me just pausing the music. I can make calls, dictate ideas comes up while busy with sport or work... I can only recommend. But only decent ones not the cheapest kind.

While I can’t attest to the efficacy of jaw trainers, I will say that learning proper positions to have your mouth in when resting (not having your teeth touch, tongue position etc. I believe it’s called mewing) def helps give you a more defined jawline as well as cheekbones.

Lemons do not help you loose weight directly, but if you are overweight there is a good chance that your galbladder is backed up with thickened bile. Lemon juice (not with sugar), and apple cider vinegar do help liquify the bile so that it can perform its job better. Better digestion triggers weight loss, as long as you are not stuffing your face at every turn or keeping a diet high in sugar and simple carbs.

I had a good conversation with my doctor and cardiologist, and they both agree that if I were to cook my own food every day, and "over salt" everything, I would have less salt intake than if you ate food from the store that was pre-made for every meal. In theory, even if I ate 1/4 cup of salt in my food, so much of that gets evaporated. However, if you eat at mcdonalds for every meal for one day, you could have an equivalent to 1/2 cup of salt per day just from the perservative action of salt used in frozen meats. So moral of the story, as many home-prepared foods are always more beneficial to your diet rather than industrial made food.
@leahgillespie556
@leahgillespie556 2 года назад
I 100% agree with your message but would like to note that salt does not evaporate. The amount of salt you put into something is how much there is, although it may be in juices or other parts that you aren't eating. You're right though, make your own food, it's so much better for you.
@olha_
@olha_ 2 года назад
Yes, that's my experience as well. As long as the majority of your meals are home cooked and you don't have any special medical conditions, there is no need to worry about cutting down on salt.
