But beyond that it also gets you better treatment in shops, at appointments, in interviews. More smiles. Better service. Every interaction is better. People go out of their way to interact with you. They’re kinder too. Can we stop fighting with the reality of the world we live in, accept this fact, and in the wise words of Slumflower “stop sleeping on our potential”?!
YES BITTER TRUTH. Men respond to beauty. They themselves will admit that women who look the best and put the most effort into themselves will yield the best results with men and get the best treatment .This is the reality whether you see it as fortunately or unfortunately .

You know this internalizes the belief that if you weren't naturally beautifully you won't be able to get a good mate. Like some of us weren't born light-skinned if I used this reasoning I would have to turn myself into a light-skinned woman in order to get good treatment
After this episode I really don't want to date. ...I am someone who isn't light-skinned if I started cutting myself into what men want it is just impossible.
