As a 23 year old, I can definitely say that looksmaxing works. Women care about looks almost just as much as we do, and I get way more respect now that I take care of myself than when I was younger and more ugly lol. Just don’t make looksmaxing your whole personality.

Sometimes it is also about the health. I prefer going out during weekends, not drinking at all. Imagine, I am not funny guy, not drinking, so that do I have left? The answer is way how I look, but I bet on communication skills, genuine interest, active listening, strong eye contact... And all of this is much easier to do when you are confident with who you are, how you look, how you dress, fresh breath, not a bad hair day, and so on. I can imagine to be funny, charismatic communicator effortlessly leading the debate in group of ten. But I find this very hard to even learn, that is why some people are forced to max it all, visage included. Hopefully what I am saying here make sense.

It's all the rejections that makes me stressed out. Because of average looks or below a girls standard you don't even get to talk to her. Some even get offended or they play uninterested-girl. And that ruins my self esteem. You look exceptionally buff for a guy who doesn't care by the way.

This has been going on in the back of my mind for a while. A few decades ago I went on a date with my high school crush. This was 1991 and I was doing all of this stuff to look better. I got my tooth that was chipped in the 3rd grade fixed. We didn't pair off. One of the comments she made was I'm almost as high-maintenance as her. I used to go to the hair salon and buy the expensive stuff and my hair looked good. Well in 1999 the bonding on the tooth fell off. Oddly when I went out I actually had more women interested in me. I got the tooth fixed because it's vital to keep the nerve healthy. Last month my tooth fell apart and now they want to do a porcelain veneer. I was in Walmart last night and she was in there. I had not seen her since 1991. She started laughing and told me she just had 12 of her teeth porcelain veneered. She told me "You can enjoy being ruggedly handsome until you get your tooth fixed." All while 6ft 7in 275lb hubby was an earshot away! LOL

Would you belive that last week I qualified for a diploma in Psychology with Counselling that also counts towards a Bsc with honors. I had to stop training for a few months towards the end because i was to tired to study efficietly while building muscle. Ive been training again for 5 weeks and got it all back in shape pretty quickly, not as strong as 3 years ago when i was only trai ing but i feel its been worth it to train the brain also

I need to turn my 24-year old son onto you. He will not listen to me. He is a good looking kid. When he cuts his hair right he has rock star hair most people would die for. Because of his young testosterone level he has a decently strong shape body. I try to advise him on how to dress, but he will not listen to me. I am in my late fifties, and because I stay fit, dress nice, cut my hair right when we go somewhere together I get more looks from woman than he does when he is the one that should be getting way more looks from woman than I do if he cut his hair right, and dressed better.

The last 3 months I had 10 Dates from which 3 resulted in a hook up. Over the last couple months I lost over 30 pounds and I thought this should give me more success with women but it didn't. The thing is when I was more overweight I didnt care at that time about my weight and my looks pretty much, I was just pretty chill...and my success rate with the ladys was as good or bad as today. Then I really became self consciousness about myself and my weight started to bother me pretty much and I had the feeling that I had to hide myself. This feeling is somehow still there although I am now in much better shape and slimmer. I think I unconsciously projected my self doubt into the world and women pretty much sensed that as they are very sensitive to those kind of signs. My point is that the way you present yourself to the world is equally important if not sometimes more important than your looks. You can go to the gym every day but if you dont improve your mindset it wont give you much advantage. I also noticed that some of the fittest and most shredded guys in the gym are also the ones who are the most self conscious.

LFA, what do you think about balding young men? I'm soon 24 and have a bald, buzzed head but thinking about growing it out since I don't have a full beard. I have a widows hairline and thin hair at the front. Being bald without a beard is making me kinda insecure around women even though I've experienced women being attracted to me when buzzed.
