Bro... I got my LOADED ZR2 for less than you paid and EVERYTHING works perfectly PRAISE GOD🙌 Its on you though! I would have NEVER drove that truck until it had what was advertised!!! So Sorry to hear you learned that lesson the hard way!

I bought a 2023 ZR2 early Sept 2023. It came with everything. I have 7000 miles. Love the truck. I use it for work, it goes anywhere! No issues whatsoever. I have a great Chevy dealer. I certainly have not experienced anything like you have and I buy nothing but Chevy Silverado, Suburbans, and Tahoes last 30 years.

Approaching a year with mine and I had everything and have had no issues. Absolutely love the truck. Only minor gripe would be it doesn't have the zr2 in the digital cluster, it has high country. I've asked the dealer about it after none of the updates took care of it and they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about

Most Sierra and Silverado trucks (regardless of Trim) had items missing when the first went into production (2022 model year). I had several things (heated seats, rear park assist, and rear heated seats) missing on My GMC Sierra AT4, I eventually sold it and bought a Silverado ZR2, I didn't lose any money on the resale other than the state tax. My ZR2 is just missing the steering column lock, but most Silverado's and Sierra's are missing this feature regardless of trim. Most of the trucks that came out in 2022 (especially at the beginning of the 2022 production) had some kind of restraint on them.

I have all the options activated on my 2022 ZR2. It was a demo for a sales manager so maybe that helped get all the chips. Good luck my experience with dealerships is once you leave they are worthless until you come back to buy something.

I have a fully loaded '23 ZR2 and mine has been flawless. My 20 Trail Boss had an issue where the back window would leak and require it to be replaced every 6 to 8 months. It cost $2000 each time. GM wouldn't cover it because they said it was wear and tear. It was the window frame itself. It would crack in multiple places and begin pouring water in every time it would rain. I finally traded it for the '23 ZR2 and have been completely satisfied.

THAT'S CRAZY!!!... I have a 2023 RST and have heated steering wheel working and cruise control as well.... I just had my plug in the bed fixed as well. Sucks that you have a ZR2 without that man.

Taking our boat to Delaware in August. It’s been 2 years since we had it out on the water. I’ll be towing it down with my 2013 Silverado that’s also missing all the things your ZR2 lacks.

I completely agree, and get why you're frustrated. Fortunately my ZR2 has all of the options except apparently the steering column lock. Everything else works. Bought mine a month ago.

I am with you!! Had to call for the exact same thing. I'm passed! We shouldn't have to call for them. GM should have given them to us before they added them to any new vehicle!!! I've been thinking about getting rid of mine for at least 8 months.

I have a 22 ZR2, everything came with it. Only gripe was that the 6.2 went out after 17k miles due to lifter issue.

When I got my 2022 AT4 (new model) it didn’t have the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats.. took around 8 months to get the parts installed and working, i told the dealer that I needed it installed or have them take back the truck and give me a 2023 model since those models weren’t missing any features, low and behold they “finally received” the parts a couple of days later.

I have a 2022 AT4X that has everything but the steering column lock which I don't care about. Guess it depends on the day of the week it was made?? Also, kinda curious if yours was built in Mexico or the US. That might have something to do with it.

I am pretty dissatisfied with Chevys response on the chips. Took forever to get the heated seat chip on my 22 RST. Still don't have the rear parking sensor chip. Going in tomorrow for the upper radiator shroud keeps flying off into the belt area and has scratched up the intake.

Hey bro i understand your frustration, in my case i am living in other country and i just bought the ZR2 2023 i asked for some parts and functions to be installed, but i recieved a car without the multiflex tailgate, the mirror in the center of the car its not with the camera but a simple mirror, i am sure there are some Taxis in my country from 1990 that have a better mirror than this car, also the HUD its missing in my car and the infoentertaiment system does not have all the functions that shows on videos. It's a shame to pay so much money and don't recieve what you paid for.

Mine came without the rear liners…ordered them from the Chevy website and got them delivered within 2 weeks

I went to my local dealership. They have a High Country that is missing so many of the options it may as well be an LT.

So I bought a 2022 Silverado High Country out of the dealership showroom with 20 miles on it last year. I paid $83,000 for it and I'm just missing the parking assist on it. The most stupid thing about this is that the dealership didn't tell me that it didn't have it when I was buying it. I took it back about a week later and they told me that they can't do anything about it. That I just have to wait for a letter from Chevy when the chips start to come in. They just gave me a $100 fuel card to compensate it. Extremely frustrating.... I yelled at them and burnt tire out of there in the truck. It's been a complete year and still nothing from Chevy. I want to switch to Ford, but I can't because I really love the looks of the High Country.

I have a 2020 Trail Boss with the 6.2. I have had zero issues. Of course mine came with the heated steering wheel that works, my back up guides in the camera works. My truck has only had oil changes. I did all of them. 29,911 miles and still runs like new. Will change the differential fluids soon.

What amazes me is dealers near me marking these trucks up, sometimes over 10 GRAND! Never ever will buy from these dealers.

I bought a 2023 ZR2 in April of this year. My trailer cameras don’t work or work when they want to. My parking assistance doesn’t work, my device software crashes and restarts 7-8 times per drive

You've waited 18 months, this is just another example of America protecting the rich?? Where i live you would be able to refund the purchase of the truck, and the deal would be liable to cover any financial lost you may have. And even if you choose to buy the same truck again, then the dealership has to cover if it truck has gained value from the price you paid.

I was a Chevy fan. Bought a 21 Colorado ZR2. Went through 5 sets of CV Axle boots. Traded it in on a Ram 1500. I work at a Chevy Dealership. 😂 Had a brand new Suburban come in for service. Needed a new motor with 300 miles.

Ask the dealership for the regional gm rep for that area so your case can get escalated quickly. That should make some headway.

I purchased the same as you this week. When i came to pick it up on the delivery date the truck did not work . they said it was a faulty fuel pump. They wanted me to come back to pick up in a week. I cancelled the sale went to Toyota and pick up a tundra i have not looked back sense. Selling trucks that don't work unacceptable defiantly QA issues for 90ks!!!

I bought my 22 ZR2 10 months ago. Didn't have a heated steering wheel until 8 Months later. The Steering Rod had to be replaced at 15K miles because it was "faulty" and was causing a loud Squeaking/chirping noise constantly (i put up with it since 2K miles). Now the AMP behind the backseat rattles like crazy. My dream truck has been nothing but a nightmare.

Funny bought a 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor...it had and still has all its parts.

Had my truck over a year before i finally got the parts for my front sensors,heated seats, and heated steering wheel

Bought a 2023 ZR2 in April. It came with all of that.

Simple, drive the truck back to the dealer in Oregon, tell then you want a truck that's complete today, trade in, whatever, tell them youre fine if they take the parts of a truck on the lot to get you goint. When they refuse all that because they will refuse it, tell them toure going ro dile a lawsuite against them. Go talk to a lawyer and explain that you can buy a truck off the lot thats complete and theyre just giving you the run around, you definitely have a case.

Sorry to hear you're going through this partner.....I have in the past been threatened to be escorted out of a dealership by State Troopers because I refused to accept a brand new truck that i was picking up that was missing parts that I ordered and payed for and told them I either wanted my money back or the parts put on....put up enough of a ruckas and raised my voice enough that customers were leaving so they called the police....the troopers were pretty cool and understanding and after I explained my predicament they turned to the manager and told him "you're on your own buddy" and left. The manager had my truck taken back to the garage and took parts off another new truck same model and I finally got what I paid for and drove off. Sometimes ya gotta get pissed off enough and make a nuisance of yourself and stand your ground. Of course the risk is always there that you may end up in jail as a result but these dealers get away with this kind of nonsense all the time but sometimes enough is enough. In this case hopefully your county or town has no cash bail.

Feel sorry for you, recently i was told at the dealership you could only get a blind spot on a SLT or higher trim for a Sierra. I decided to keep my 21 SR5 tundra which i paid 48k out the door and only owe 24k. How is it my 48k SR5 truck has all these features but a 64k elevation does not….

I can’t believe they still have not got your truck working the way you bought it, a huge disappointment, part of the problem, is your not dealing with the dealership where the vehicle was purchased, as they are more inclined to keep you happy as a customer. You should call them, and have them facilitate Chevy to get the truck fixed before the warranty expires.

I bought my custom trail boss last year in June and there were no rear usb ports and no steering column lock. It wasn’t optioned with the rear wheel well liners . I just bought the husky liner ones which were cheaper and easier to clean. Hopefully these clowns get your stuff in that’s been way too long.

Hate to say it but your truck sounds like a lemon of sorts. My 22 LTZ was missing the heated steering wheel, seat blower, and parking assist, all of which were explicitly credited on the sticker and have been retrofit. If you don’t have the guide lines in the 360 camera, lane keep assist, or working cruise control, none of which I recall seeing as constrained items during the 22 runs, that sounds broken. Did the sticker have all of the missing items listed?

The rear wheel liners were not a retrofit. You were given a $150 credit and that was the full cost of the liners. Side blind zone should work and your cruise control should work.

I would walk in to the local Chevy dealership Not Whitmoyer ask for it to be fixed now and if they can't Launch The Keys across the desk and tell them to stick it until it is fixed. you want a loan truck.

Bought my ZR2 about a year ago and it had everything. But the issue I do have is the paint chipping around the damn hood insert and around the bottom of the doors on the rock guard. I haven’t brought it up in person at a dealer because I’ll just be told they will paint it in 6 months…

I recently got a 23 Colorado trailboss and it has everything your missing but my dads 22 searia Denali 1500 was missing automatic start stop and 1 other thing I can’t remember but he did get his chips in odd why yours are taking so long

We got a Chevy Tahoe. It leaks and squeaks and it’s got electrical problems and broken door handles. All of this broke within a year of owning it. I love Chevys 😂

You bought that truck when covid and the chip shortage was at its height…GM is still trying to play catch up. I work for GM…we as techs are installing modules as fast as possible. Don’t forget you signed and took truck knowing this. My personal 2022 is still waiting for heated steering wheel

Had mine for 20 months now no one absolute problem. One front wheel well was rubbing and replaced the next day. You definitely got shit end of the stick. Might also be where your living , here in Massachusetts as much as I hate this shit state all Chevy dealers are stocked with parts .

Dude your Video are the BOMB! Sorry so much on yours but I have too comment or should I say Comments! Let me start in 2022 I ordered a 6.2 LT TrailBoss fully loaded. My Dealership Martin Chevrolet here in California placed my order and gave me such updates and I was able to Chat on line with Chevrolet on status of my build. After 1 year waiting for Chevrolet to approve trust me I was checking every week on status! The Chat box would always reply the dealership submitted your order but GM has not approved! WTF been in contact with my dealership at least quarterly if not more! Finally after 10 months for a truck that I ordered I got a call from my sales guy. He explained with all part shortages it will take sometime to get it! He offered me that the dealership is limited but can order me a ZR2 Silverado. I thought about it and said to myself heck for 5k more why not do it! I did and 2.5 months later I have it! I’m enjoying it and it did come with everything I ordered on it! I also done some research on ordering and from what I found out that a dealership can only order what they can meaning with me ordering with specific (fully loaded every options” they only will build for the customer. Only needed 1k deposit so I did it and now driving my 2023 model now versus my 2022 model year, My Silverado ZR2 is fully working! Now there are glitches as I’m part of the ZR2 Forum and hearing some commentary complaints. But again as to this video my 2023 came fully equipped and all features are working. Not sure if I mention but after 20 months waiting for the trailboss I only wanted about 10 weeks for the ZR2

I’ll stick with my 87 Chevy square body. No fancy gadgets, plain Jane actually TRUCK. Truck’s anymore are just fancy suvs. Why does a man need all that fancy stuff. 8ft bed or nothin!!
