Selling a physical copy that is a download code only should be illegal.

They shouldn’t call those physical copies and call them fan edition or something and include like extra little doodads, figures, stickers, patches, hats, socks, posters, etc then I would totally be fine with those being sold. Though I personally don’t like digital copies at all because I feel like I can still play a game when it’s a physical copy regardless of whether or not the studio/publisher takes out of the digital marketplace and puts it back up with a slightly different title and include a cosmetic item that forces people who bought the digital but didn’t have it downloaded anymore to buy the game again because the version they owned no longer exists.

The only use I got out of one was using the Overwatch case to store Monster Hunter Rise after GameStop sent me the game loose without a case. (Yes, not even the cheap GameStop generic ones just loose in the package)

But... but Warioware is an endless game... Literally the point is that there's no end. The name "Story Mode" is VERY misleading. When you play through a level in the story mode for the VERY FIRST TIME, it "ends", but when you replay that level, it's endless. Each minigame has 3 stages of difficulty. After you beat a boss level, the difficult increases and the speed resets... until you reach level 3, where the speed just keeps increasing even after boss levels. Warioware games are some of my favorites, but if they weren't endless then I would hate them

I agree. It's a weird inclusion. Each game is already marketed on the eshop at $20 plus you get the two metal gear games included. You're not losing value on the collection. I guess it's just because they're more than a decade old?

MGS collection is a cash grab that runs poorly on the switch digital foundry did a review the first game runs fine the others are hit or miss it might be fixable in a update patch though but the game is a downgrade from the ps3 version I think it’s only worth picking up if you are a hardcore metal gear collector otherwise your just better off emulating the games you will get a better experience.

That’s honestly a good reason to pick up a game, but I think the point of the video is more that they aren’t worth $50-$60. A game that’s only a few hours long is right up my alley. Spider-Man 2 can be tackled in 15-20 hours and kind of love it for that fact since I’m too busy to sink really any more time than that into a game. If the game were only 5-10 hours though, I might still enjoy it but I would never drop full price for that.

@Aldrnari956 I agree like I want the game to be around 5 to 10 hours that's probably the best for me BUT i want there to be enough stuff where if i wanted to i could play longer. For example Kirbys Return to Dreamland Deluxe has Magolors Epilogue and also a lot of minigames but the main story is relatively short

Star Allies did actually get some major post-launch updates adding a lot more content, but I get it. I remember it being on sale for like $15 on the eshop for like a year after it launched but ever since the Switch really blew up around 2019 I haven't seen it go below $40. I'd get it if it were ever $15 again. I saw AntDude cover the patch updates and it made me want to go get the game to check out all the stuff added to it

Legends arcues was really good. Only bad thing in my opinion was how much damage attacks did which was really odd and removed a reason to use any item except potions and also a lvl 30 shouldn't be 1 tapping a lvl 60 bc the attack is super effective

Scarlet/Violet does have a really good story It is also the only switch Pokémon game (besides let’s go, because I was younger back then and had less switch games) that I didn’t drop after trying it out only once

ARMS shouldn’t be avoided whatsoever, really fun game with a good bit of content and endless replayability. Gyro controls aren’t even required. If you don’t want to pay $60 then you can wait for a sale, but it’s definitely worth picking up.

If you're playing a WarioWare game just to get to the end of the main story mode and you're not bothering to unlock all of the mini games or side content, or trying to get high scores, then you might as well say ALL of the WarioWare games are a waste of time and only a couple of hours long each. It never should've been on this list.

there is quite a lot of great nintendo exclusive. Astral chain,zelda , fire emblem, smash bros, bayonetta, etc. I wouldnt go as far as saying you "have" to buy them. But consider getting them if you want a great time with your nintendo switch without worrying too much about the switch capability or performance. The title above mostly runs just fine while being very fun to play. Happy gaming!

The Wario game is alot of fun. Its a family/party type game. Who doesn't know that going in? If u can grab it for 40 it's totally worth it imo. Esp if u got a family and love to play games together.

I agree that Metal Gear Solid collection 1 was a bit expensive, but worth every penny, I had lost my ps2 cd of mgs3 and had also played the previous ones but being able to play them again is priceless eventually I'll play the 4 nes versions when I get tired of the main 3

Price on a game is of no concern to me. I paid for Metal Gear Solid Master Collection and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe at full price - and I do NOT regret. I had to have at least one 2D side-scroller Mario game, as for MGSMC ... I never got to play past the beginning of MGS3 because when I had the game on 3DS. Not long after owning getting the game - my 3DS broke. I told myself that if Metal Gear Solid 3 (this was long before MGSMC was even announced) came to the Switch, that I am going to get it and try to pick up where I left off.

I've only regretted buying one game and it's switch sports. You need to pay online because one player mode is almost non existent, they also put less content like training or getting to pro. Also, to get the cool clothes you need to play online. Yes, there are ia when playing online but without online but Wii IA was clearly superior.

MGS was a weird inclusion. Personally I think if you’re gonna get 60 dollars worth out of a game you’ll get it from the master collection. It’s not a perfect collection but it’s still MGS 1, 2 and 3 on the switch and they’re fantastic games.

Though i agree the price is high but that's mainly because I'm a cheapskate and usually only buy games on deep sale but with Nintendo exclusive games having a habit of actually increasing in price, i enjoyed Detective Pikachu.

You can buy a physical copy of p5r which is a gane from 4 years ago for around 26 dollars and you get 200 hours of gameplay, there is NO REASON a 2 hour gane that came out AT NINTENDO SWITCH LAUNCH should be $60

Warioware Move It has way more than 2 hours because the multiplayer, going for high scores and replaying the micro games at different speeds is fun to challenge your reaction speed.
