Visuals combined with music and a good poem...all of this sprinkled with good editing while adding feels by using Eve footage at the right time. What else can i add here... Not much tbh. Good work! Awe inspiring. Do not get the pressure get to you after this one. Take our time and put your feelings into use and do not get your self swayed by people who will tell you to put one out immediately. Videos like this come out of sheer passion.
This just makes me more excited for Star Citizen! A true hard core gamers game. Probably more simulation than game to be honest with all their doing. Great video though. Thumbs up!
My advice would be jump right into one of the big corporations in nullsec, they will help you get started and it will make the game 100 times faster to learn. Brave Newbies/ Pandemic Horde/ Karma Fleet are probably the 3 biggest new person centred ones.
Asking on the eve reddit will get you better answers from people in these corps but from what I know - Karma Fleet: part of the goonswarm/the Imperium which is the biggest/strongest alliance in the game, I have heard good things from new players that joined them. You will get plenty of fleet action and their space is safer than most. Pandemic Horde: If you want to fight these guys are probably the best option, they always have enemies at their front door. Horde is the most newplayer focused of the 3, they hand out carepackages to new players that have many ships and skillbooks to help you get started (and free replacements of those ships so you can learn without worrying about loss) + have many channels/experienced players dedicated to helping new people. However their space is much less safe and they are the underdog in most larger fights. They also accept everyone which is both good and bad, you can get in within 24 hours just by applying and nothing else, but so can people who want to troll/scam/awox(teamkill) but in my experience it wasn't very noticeable. I would honestly suggest starting off in Horde to benefit from their newplayer help then deciding if you want to stay or go join one of the other major groups like Test or Goonswarm/Karmafleet, many players all over the map started off in Horde. Brave: Don't know much about brave but they are part of a big coalition and have a good reputation for helping new players, they are allies with Test which is another major player in eve. As I have only been in 1 of the 3 in my time playing the info is very uneven so as I said at the start go on the eve reddit and ask (there is also a "no dumb question" thread up every week to help people) + each of these groups have their own subreddits for recruitment.
Do not go gentle into that good night Dylan Thomas, 1914 - 1953 Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Though wise men at their end know dark is right, Because their words had forked no lightning they Do not go gentle into that good night. Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight, And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way, Do not go gentle into that good night. Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light. And you, my father, there on the sad height, Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray. Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Great Vid, thank you, Anovergy.
Well done video. I'd have guessed this to be an official trailer, and not fan-art. And a nice choice of music. Cant really go wrong with hans zimmer, i suppose.
