Thanks for this but maam app reply toh karte nahi ho, I asked u abt fiber supplement and other supplements like L arginine, hunger suppress, etc etc shuld we take it? Or avoid it completely?
You can take it under your doctor's supervision if required. Try to take natural sources of fiber. If you are taking adequate protein and fiber hunger should not be an issue . I personally don't recommend medications for hunger suppression

Maam i start my day with lemon coffee n warm water at morning 4am n 1 hours of walk including 15 minutes of exercise n i eat my breakfast at 7'30am n l take my lunch 1pm n evening 20 minutes exercise n i escaped my dinner it's help me to lose my weight
There is no reason that you will not lose weight with this. But lunch at 1pm and exercise in evening will trigger lots of hunger at night. If you are able to manage without any problem then it is fine...continue for a month and see results 😊
Ma'am mai breastfeeding mother hu kya mai 16 hr. Fasting kar sakti hu....meri delivery ke 2years ho chuki h .c- section hua tha mera par mera pet hi kam nahi ho raha .....so plz help me...
