I just realized that at 28:13 it says "Seiso" instead of the traditional "Perfect" because just like the perfect Idol/VTuber, that health bar is clean and unsullied.
I've never really tried to think deeply about why she death screamed about seeing soap, I always just thought it was along the lines of dogs not liking baths.
For some reason, when Korone plays a horror game, she gets in her own head and she's terrified of literally everything. That whole stream is her screaming at walls and doors that aren't even open
I think it was that she wasn’t expecting the “inspect” screen to pop up, but game habits of spamming the interact button let her look ar it. So it was an unintentional self-jumpscare.
@@KABLAMMATS I can read. I just chose not to listen because I'm not a sheep. It's not like he is going to read it anyways. Content creators with more than 1,000 comment videos hardly read any of them except for mabey Super Chats.
The Aki Sajam fought earlier just won the biggest NA idol showdown tournament(246 attendees) hosted by remi celeste so... BTW, the best Botan can do when poking with 2M is 6M or 5H > 3H
As was my experience with Holocure, this fan game about streamers with anime style avatars is better than I expected. Maybe I shouldn't be as surprised since it's happened before?
@@mathieul4303 No kidding. Not trying to knock the devs or anything, especially since it really is more or less passion alone, seeing as they get no monetary compensation. They must be really psyched seeing the game blow up like this.
"Oishi" means "tasty" "Oshi" is what an idol fan calls his favorite idol. For example: Hoshimachi Suisei is my oshi. I've bought all of her albums and her little plushie.
As a non fan who likes fighting games I got it and was loved the silly finger guns chainsaws and shopping carts, no clue how to say or who any of the characters are but that didn't matter, also I'm getting streams recommended now constantly and I found out what holocure is. Does that count for my ritual of acceptance?
I would love to see what Sajam thinks about how the game labels the character difficulty. Ayame is supposedly the beginner char while Botan is advanced but controls or specials-wise I don't really feel a difference. But what I do feel a difference in is how difficult it is to approach most characters as Ayame as well as get even a crumb of decent damage. But doing combos with Botan is easier and so rewarding even without the supa cancels; even her normals inaverdedly make a great way to teach non-FG players via rewards how important poking and hit-confirming into a combo is
I respect and I also understand why sajam doesn't want the Hololore, but the lore comes with the game. Aki is so....Kawaii due to the fact one of the creators is a Big Fan of hers.
I just noticed the Win counter are Golden Yagoos. If anyone needs to know Yagoo is one of the big managers of Hololive he's a wholesome guy who's a big meme in the community.
I love how Fighting game players taht don't care about VTubers are picking this game up without a care because this isn't even weird for them as they have already proven time and time again they will play absolutely everything as long as the netcode is good. :D
The reason why Botan's in a shopping cart is because she loves 'kusoges' (dumb games that are funny). One of them is Trials Rising. But instead of riding motorcycles and modding them, she uses a shopping cart as the main vehicle and beat all the hard stages cuz she's a gamer lioness. Yes I told you why because she's kawaii.
@@andylawlzz It's odd to me from the inside looking out at the people from the outside looking in who consider this game weird enough to consider it kusoge, when for me it's just a game, with legit gameplay too. I mean kusoge literally translates to "shitty game" and some googling says it basically refers to a game that's barely functional and may or may not be fun. Like Cyberpunk 2077 for awhile lmao. In comparison, this game is functional no? Just genuinely curious for ppl's thoughts
The one thing I noticed about Korone more than other characters is despite not using her idol skill as much she builds super chat meter like an idiot. Like think wolverine superjumping in mvc2 and spamming heavy punch to build up a dumb amount of meter
It's kinda sad that in most matches I've seen no one uses the assists... I'm pretty sure they can be game changing and some are hilarious like Miko. Maybe a balance change could fix it to make assists more used
_Sajam starts off the vid talking about how he fought an Aki yesterday._ Me: _wondering if he ran into Diaphone spreading the gospel of insta-TPing all over the place_
why is this game cooler looking than 90% of fighting games i have seen ? lol edit: i now have this game and its a great game with a lot of interesting details, like the character playstyle diagrams and the command lists and the ui being very good, lots of other things; but unfortunately it lags too much on my system to play it
@@AMnotQ I was curious about how common it is that burst only fills up on losing health. Seems like in this game you cant gain it from offense or blocking.
I really want to like this game, because it seems really fun, but I'm not particularly interested in any of the characters gameplay-wise, and I don't know enough about the actual streamers to just play the one I'm a fan of.
@@marrubium8559 That's the thing, none of them really look that cool to me, and I can't fall back on the lore to make my choice. I usually play big body "bruiser" type characters with big buttons and/or super armor, or characters with counters. The only "big body" character so far is a grappler.
Minor word of warning: try to separate the words "oshi" from "oishi." Oshi is essentially someone you want to support and watch improve. But Oishi means "tasty," and calling the girls in an anime game "My tasty" adds a creep factor I don't think washes off overnight.
At this point, it’s a bit. Like using slang incorrectly. People keep asking him about his oshi and trying to explain what that is, unnecessarily because he doesn’t care about the character beyond the gameplay. That’s just his response, I don’t think anyone reasonable should actually care.
Oh no worries from me. I was poking around for the bit too. If I really was annoyed at bad pronunciation, I would have poked him about mixing cute and scary while I was at it. It's just funny to point out that some people would try to make you out as a creep because you can't pronounce your second language perfectly. Ask my friend about asking a cute waitress for a "tonketsu" and the side corrections he got from that! 😂
