The only other basic exercise I would add to this list?Push ups!I do 1 set to exhaustion every workout.At 62?The best shape of my life because I got back to the gym after 10 years of serious health issues.Find activities that you enjoy and get moving.The effort is worth it!YOU are worth it!😊
