Hey beautiful people! I’m sharing how I detangle my hair with no breakage in this video. I love this detangling routine because it prevents excessive breakage. As you may know, I dealt with quite a bit of breakage last year and the year before and I’ve learned that I have to be more gentle with my 4B 4C hair as it is a bit fragile. Let me know if you found these tips helpful!
For the best viewing experience, watch in 1080p.
Thank you so much for your endless support! Be sure to subscribe to my channel and become apart of the family! Xoxo

If you don’t have time to do your hair, dont do your hair (unless you don’t care about the health of your hair 😢.) If you feel like you never have time, try focusing on breaking up your wash days and protective styles into steps that can be broken up or even done on separate days.

Yes. That is what i do like sometimes i finger detangle the prévious day. The next day i do hot oil treatment and shampoo then and i detangle with the brush during conditionner in six parts.

Also in case someone’s wondering, shed hair looks like long strands of hair, whereas breakage usually looks like shorter pieces of hair because your ends, being the weakest part of your hair, are most likely to break off.

Mine used to as well when I didn't know any better, I was detangling on dry hair and would be combing out clumps of hair( learned the hard way but I'm better now) so definitely try in the shower with some shampoo or conditioner and then detangle. It's a lot better if you have kinky hair.

I literally researched her channel because I saw that she wasn't replying to anyone's question regarding the name of the conditioner that she used. I thought that was odd because those who are interested would want to know. Why upload the video and not answer your viewers or subscribers question was my initial thought? I even checked the description box to see if she answered the question there or linked a previous video of the product used and I did not see the typical information as of April 3, 2021. Anyway, I eventually found the video she did talking about the conditioner she used, so she may have intentionally or unintentionally chosen to do this. She mentioned that people were asking her about the conditioner she used when detangling her hair and so she decided to talk about conditioners she uses and recommends. I probably break so many rules in the natural hair community. Thank God I am not a product junkie because I would be trying everything after watching all these videos. The conditioner she used in this video is the 4C Only Too Thicke Deep Conditioner. Yes, it's spelled thicke. She mentioned other conditioners, but this is the one she used. Her hair is lovely. Her and I do not have the same hair type. Apparently there are products for low porosity/high porosity and density. I can't keep up with these rules, so I use what my hair likes. Regardless of all these rules, I watched because I love these videos. Edit: Lynda Jay should consider linking the video she uploaded in March discussing the conditioner that people were asking her about.

From what I know of hygral atigue, it only happens if you're excessively wetting your hair without letting it dry or for very long periods of time such as overnight.
