a big missing component is controlling that story you tell yourself. it is important, it is powerful to be able to adjust the narrative you set so you aren't putting yourself down

If you identify your limting beliefs you can erase or replace them so the most important part is Identifying what's holding you back

@@rosy25799 if you identify your beliefs, there a method called "The Lefkoe Method" you can remove a belief at a time and it only takes 10-30 minutes to remove a single belief once and for all, you can either contact professional to guide you through the process or you can download the guide In pdf format from the web and use it on yourself, and from my experience I used it to eliminate many limiting beliefs that helped me rise my confidence

Saying all the right things, but looks like he's woken up on the street. Doesn't 'prime' the audience for credibility. People still judge books by their cover.
