Surya Namaskar is ancient yoga techniques. Which is the worship of sun . Every day in the morning and 11 round can bring positive energy flow throughout your body which can prepare you for the day.
In San salutation there are 20 for yoga asanas some of them are repeated twice.

Dear Sir. Thank you for this video lesson. I tried doing the Suriya Namaskar a few times some years ago and failed hopelessly. At 63 years of age and being a bit overweight (83kg height 1.76m) I kind of became disinterested. Somehow, I came across your video today and I feel like starting all over again. Your video seems to have sparked me up again. I will try my best this time around.

Thank you for explaining so clearly. I always struggle while bringing the leg back to front. I got into habit of lifting hand first then bring back the leg to front, next to palm. Can you guide how can I correct myself?

I'm a beginner. How many rounds should I do considering 2 cycles with different legs at starting makes 1 round. Also I feel easy to do if I do some yogasanas before surya namaskar for stretching.

I missed explanation on the ashwa sanchalan part. In the first cycle the right leg in pushed back and the second cycle the left leg is pushed. Why the change?? Thanks

In second step before plank we must create 90 degre of the knee and ankle u said if no injury we can stretch its wrongly explain no need of stretch ... always 90 degree

@@KamalKumar-ti2up this rule you are talking about is not really a yoga rule but it’s what the so called fitness experts say … I used to wonder about this 90 degree ‘rule’ too but got clarified after talking to many yoga experts.. Prashantj is indeed correct. if your knee is in good condition, you can stretch beyond 90 ..
