I do this every night. It helps with my neuropathy and sciatica and helps me sleep better thanks. I love the just music and no talking and the short 30 second exercises so I don’t get bored. The level is just right for me too.

I am so glad to read that you're enjoying the workouts that I create. I'm sure you've already realized it, but I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists so that way you can find the ones that suit your fitness level best.

I'm so sad 😢. The video I have been doing every day for about a month is gone. Looks like it was taken down? It was the only one I could manage to do with all of my severe/ chronic pain I suffer from. Is there anyway you could possibly turn it back on? It was 17 min and some seconds long. You have been a life saver for me. Even if I have to fight back the tears, I have been able to complete that one. That one is just perfect for me. Thank you for your kind comment, Jeri.❤️ Just so you have options, all of the gentle, beginner & intermediate level cardio workouts will help to lower your blood sugars. From what I read, it's recommended to exercise for 10-15 minutes (or more) after meals when you can manage it.

Great workout Jules💃. I'd like a series of vídeos of walking after eating. It would be helpful to have different videos like this,10,15,20,30 minutes. I like this peaceful music. I enjoyed exercising with a more relaxed mindset and I haven’t even had breakfast yet. As I am a visual learner, I really like your Up Next videos during the workout. When you roll your shoulders during warm up or cool down, you usually only roll backward a few times. Are we not supposed to roll forward? It feels good to stretch my upper back, but I don’t want to break anything. Thank you for another creative, effective workout.
Hi! Thanks for letting me know that you are enjoying the new 'up next' window. I'm glad I've finally figured out how to do it:) As for rolling the shoulders forward, I find most of us sit a little hunched forward or we're on our computers with forward shoulders which is why I focus on rolling back during the workouts.

I just want to say that I'm 35 and love your workouts. I usually do over 10k steps per day to manage my pcos. I do this workout or your other gentle options hours after eating before bed. I've noticed a difference in my digestion and I thank you so much! My Mom who turns 60 this year enjoys your workouts as well!!!

I just didn't have a "get sweaty" intense workout in me this afternoon. I know better than to push it when I know there's no oomph. So, I used this one to move all the muscle groups around, and get the circulation flowing. And by the way...I always read your words of encouragement---even though I'm pretty good at self-motivation. One thing I say to myself every morning, aloud, is "I plan to make today be a GOOD day." Today's been a GOOD day so far...

During the stay home time of Covid, I found a free YT Tai Chi channel. I learned a few moves (e.g., Crane, horse's mane, moving clouds). It was cool, I would glance at your moves then just invent tai-chi"ish" moves, maybe going slower, moving as a bird across water, etc... Anyway, it was wonderful to do my thing along with you❣️🌻
3, 11 2023 Hi Jules, that's exactly what l do. it takes me into the night to motivate me to do my workout, so, actually l always do my exercises just before bed. l guess, it is not the best time but it takes that long to get there. anyway, l wonder how long l can have the unbroken sequence of doing my exercises every night. Wow, this is an amazing workout! I exercise vigorously every day, but on days where my body is sore or tired, I want to do gentle movement, and this is PERFECT! I’m also going to add this workout at the end of my vigorous workouts to really give my body a good active and static stretch to help prevent soreness. If I’m too tired or sore, I can do this workout alone so I can at least get some movement in for the day. Thank you!

I love your channel but was wondering if you could change the music on the bedtime video! It really is weird in the middle of the video and I'm not sure if I can use some other kind of my own music because it's specifically for bedtime. I love your 50's and 60's Elvis , Sugar Sugar etc. Also, where do you get your wall hangings because I want to get some nature scenes about that size?

I love ur exercise n its fun. Those with musics in 69s, 70s etc r great. Even this daily or different exercise r fun. I m not an exercise person n finds it very difficult to do more then 10 minutes but i hv psyched myself n pushed to do it slowly n gradually. I hv been doing ur exercise the last 1 month n feels good. Being diabetic n I told myself I need to be disciplined. Winter is too cold to go for walks, I m glad I can do this in my lounge. If u can put in most of ur videos the time as its good to know how long n watch the time. Steps u can put at the end. Just my suggestion. Thanks again for encouraging n putting the different exercise n time too.❤❤❤❤
I'm glad to read that you're making a plan to fit in exercise. As for the time of each workout, if you look at the bottom right corner of each video (on the thumbnail/the main picture), you'll see the time. Hi Karen, I usually wear Pumas in my videos because they are light weight, comfy and don't have a lot of tread on them (so you won't get them caught on carpet/rugs). They're great for indoor workouts. When I'm outside, I typically buy Saucony because they fit my feet well and have good tread on them (which you want for outdoor walks and workouts so you don't slip).

Woohoo!!!!! I am super happy to read that you're feeling better, AND that other people are noticing too! I purposely used music in this one to make it good for an evening workout which is why it is somewhat relaxing as well as a 'feel good' workout. Exercise definitely helps us to sleep better, too.

I haven't lost any weight, but I have gained a lot of strength. I do a 30-minute workout in the morning after breakfast, one for 10-15 minutes after work(when the weather doesn't allow walking), and this one at night. What a difference I am feeling overall! Thank you so much for making this available to us.

The music choices really depend on what I can find with the two music subscriptions I pay for. I often find music that I really like, but the beat doesn't always work for motivating people with exercise. I'll see what I can find, though!
