IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RU-vidrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RU-vid for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Doing this in 2023 bc I needed something a bit more high intensity.. Day 13 and all I'll say is I definitely see improvements comparing this day to when I started Day 1. Didn't have to pause the video after set 1. My scales def don't show much of a difference numbers-wise, but it definitely is encouraging to know my energy and stamina is improving.

Hi I'm here in 2023 trying this work out, I'm seeing alot of people lose weight from this and I'm hoping I do to! I'm going to update from day 1 to 14 to boost myself to do this everyday. And to everyone else here I believe in you. We are all in this together! Current:99.3kgs Goal: 65kgs Day 1✅ - it was quite difficult I took 1 long break, I was very much out of breath, couldn't do a few of the exercises but I definitely feel the pain from this work out ! Im hoping this works! Day 2 - ✅ - Day 2 complete I woke up to alot of pain in my legs ( I can barely sit down 😭) doing the work out was a bit easier but my legs hurt so bad that some of the exercises were quite difficult, but I did it! Day 3 - ✅ - it's day 3 already! My legs didn't much today and I did more exercises than on day 1 and 2 it felt quite easy today so I'm really excited! and I've already lost 2kg! (I am on a diet and doing other forms of exercise) Day 3 complete Day 4 - ❎- Hi thank you for reminding me to do this bc I forgot 😭 I didn't do day 4 because it was my bday and I had alot of things to do sorry! Day 5-❎✅? - I only did about 10mins of the work out BC I wasn't feeling the best and another 10min workout but I took no breaks and tried really hard.ill do it properly tmrw! Hi guys I'm so sorry I did forget to update you guys after day 5 because I forgot but I can say this work out definitely works and i lost 7kgs after 2 weeks! I suggest this work out and I now weigh 92.3! I'm so happy that im losing weight and I can't wait to meet my goal weight. I hope you all are doing great and remember no to give up! I will come back in some time and tell you how I'm doing with my weight

This is my third time doing this 2 week shred challenge. For me, this is the most difficult, but the most burning and effective workout. Just what you need. Thanks Chloe for your efforts. With you, I was able to tighten my figure in a fairly short time and I am sure that in the future I will achieve the figure of my dreams. I wish everyone not to give up and achieve success! I just finished the 2020 two weeks shred and came to tell my girls who want to get started with my results. My before and after results: waist/: 72/68.5 hips/:91.5/89.5 right leg/: 56/54.5 left leg/: 56.5/54.5 right arm:26.5/25 left arm:26/25 I couldn't pay attention to my diet. I ate whatever was cooked at home. I'm Turkish and our foods has a lot of calories. Some days I couldn't even complete the videos. But still great results. Thanks Chloe. You can do it my girls!!

hey, guys! I don't usually comment on RU-vid videos, but since this helped getting through the 2020 2 week shred, I felt the need to come here and share my experience! I am a 18 year old girl, just finished school and waiting for college to start. I was going to enroll on September, but it delayed until November. I decided to do this as a way to care for my health and weight, since I just stopped doing exercise at all when studying for the ENEM. Not even kidding, tomorrow is my last day on this challenge. The first day was SUPER hard whenever I jumped, I felt really heavy. My arms??? 2 little spaghetti strips. I was SWEATING!!!! But after the first rest day, I felt so much stronger than before. As I am finalizing this life-changing experience - I will be doing the others challenges -, I see already the abs poking in, my legs are way thinner and my arms are so much stronger. I am adapting to better habits such cause of this silly challenge. You CAN do it, have faith in yourselves and remember, whatever comes easily, goes easily. GO GO GO GO!! ❤❤🎉

Currently 136 pounds (62 kg) Day 1: ✅ -- got me sweating a lot , wasn't really tiring because i'd tried other workouts. Day 2: ✅ -- still sweating a lot but was less painful. Day 3: ✅ -- wasn't sweating a lot but thighs, arms and butt were sore. Day 4: ✅-- made a HUGE mistake by doing the workout right after eating... but either from that, my thighs, arms and butt doesn't hurt that much anymore. Day 5 ❎-- had a workout class so didn't attend to do it. Day 6: ✅-- notice the lower belly fat is disappearing!! Day 7: ✅-- didn't take any breaks between the workouts. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ❎-couldn’t do it due to family business. Day 10:✅-- was so much easier! Day 11:❎-- had a workout class. Day 12:❎-- had a workout class. Day 13:✅-- js came back from a friend's b-day ( happy b-day cyn! ), noticed flat stomach! Day 14:✅-- O.M.G i looked so much slimmer than before, i haven't weight myself yet because got to let my body calm down but will do in a few minutes! ( 61.60 kg)-- if you don't focus on your weight, you would see a HUGE difference on your body. my stomach is more slimmer and waist's visible!! i'll be continuing this and updating aswell. Day 15:❎/✅-- did half of it cause had a workout class.

Okay so im doing this in 2023 .Usually, im not someone who updates these kinda stuffs but after going thru few of ur comments, i wanna use UPDATING as my inspiration. Good luck to everyone who is trying this!!;) Day1: i kinda did it except a few in between (i did the low intensity ones for those instead) it went pretty good except that i was having a hard time breathing after the first set (prolly since its been over a week since i moved my body this much). Anyways I will try my best to do better tomorrow!! And imma come here and update everyday (remind me if i go missing :')) Day2 : i was kinda sore from yesterday ,but was still able to do it without longer breaks. also, i didnt have a hard time breathing like yesterday.. Day3 : had such a tiring day and came home late after shopping and stuffs. but I HAD TO DO IT ! so i did it even though it was past midnight-💀but anyways it went alriteee.. was kinda tired but still completed it! Day4 : my legs were sore but it feels like my stamina has increased compared to the last few days. i didnt have to pause the video and take a break at all! im getting better day by day and im so proud of myself! hope i will keep getting better and get in shape asap... Day5 : had to skip it unfortunately (regrets every bit of it) Day6: kinda tired from not doing it yesterday BUT COMPLETED IT! tomorrow its gonna be a week and im kinda excited to share how i feel compared to day 1. Day7:FINALLY A WEEK COMPLETED!! its the longest i have kept in track:') these days i am able to do it without extra breaks and i am feeling more energized.. weight wise, i lost around 1kg and physically i lost a lot of upper tummy fat ..i can start feeling myself being in shape which makes me excited to see the end results.. thriving 💪💪

The first day I started it was so hard, and people kept saying it gets easier, I was so convinced it wouldn't get easier but here I am day four and honestly it got easier and more fun. I definitely feel stronger than the day 1 and I am proud of myself for even getting to day 4😊

heyy!! it’s 2024 rn, and I wanna lose some weight (ive got that asian body so I can’t have too much stomach fat:(( ) I’m sharing my progress!! PLEASE REMIND ME…. Day 1 - ✔️ 58.50-58.90kg I am sweating quite a lot… that was a really good one! Had to take a 2-3 minute break after that first set though. Heart rate went 📈📈 I need to shower. Feelin 9/10 🙃 Day 2 - ✔ STILL SWEATING!! Loved that, thighs were slightly sore last night, but we're doing well!! Breaks were a bit shorter than yesterday. EATING A REALLY GOOD APPLE RN!! Feeling 8/10 😛 Day 3 - ✔️ Sweating sm 🥲 FELT REALLY GOOD! Even though i was not exactly the most motivated to do it. Breaks were really short today sooo 😴 Feelin 8/10 😙 Day 4 - ╳ SO SORRY GUYS... was out in the city for the entire day - but surprisingly didn't gain or bloat?? I was slightly lighter than yesterday too...! Definitely going hardcore tmrw!! Day 5 - ✔ SWEATING! But feeling sososo good - breaks were the same length as Chloe's!! (THANK YOU SM FOR THIS) Gonna shower and eat fruit nowww!! Feeling 7.8/10 😗 Day 6 - ✔ 57.15kg Feeling okay today, got yelled at quite a few times, so not feeling my best:’) still maintaining my weight, 10g lighter today…. Took same amount of time for breaks as Chloe - so I’m pretty proud Feelin 6.3/10 🙂 Day 7 - ╳ :(( I’m sorry guys… I forgot/ wasn’t motivated to do today’s workout… I’ll attempt to make it up tomorrow! Love that she also posts the low intensity version. The workouts are AMAZING ❤ but i know my body and if I try to go high intensity for the new routines all of a sudden, my body will suffer since i havent worked out for a while. So doing the low intensity the 1st 2-3 days and then adding the high intensity ones over the next days makes the transition smoother and injury free

Hi, thanks for your videos. I am almost 60, and have at least 45 pounds to lose. I decided to start the 2 weeks shred but instead of doing the whole thing, i am doing half of it, and i am doing the beginner option. So far, I am on day 3, and it is starting to be a little easier. I will do half every day until the 25th of december, after, I will do the whole thing (beginner), I have been walking every day for 30 minutes for 3 weeks also ! I will keep posting my progress!!

Всем привет, я начала делать 2х недельный челлендж 2020 и хочу скинуть вес. Я не впервые выполняю челендж раньше делала 1,5 месяца но потом заболела и мне нельзя было заниматься спортом я опять начала этот челендж и буду продолжать, самое сложное это начать первые 7дней будет нелегко но я буду стараться. День 1 - ✔ было очень сложно но я сделала и буду продолжать😊 День 2 - ✅ сделала очень поздно но справилась у меня очень сильно болели ноги и я ели сидела 😅 День 3 - ✔легче чем 1 день но ноги болят, но я буду стараться изо всех сил и не брошу этот челендж. День 4 - отдых😊 День 5✅ стало легче и я это сделала💪 День 6 - ✅ я сделала там 4 тренировок было но я сделала из них 2 это означает 27 минуты тренировки, а всего там было 49минут просто у меня не было времени😌 День 7 - ✅ отдых. Но я сделала другую тренировку потому что если я отдохну хоть одинь день то на другой день уже мне станет лень и моё питание 1200 ккал в день😊 результаты до и после напишу в конце челенджа День 8 - ✅ я ещё не выполнила но я ещё добавила другой челендж для похудения 2024 и я это делаю утром, а к вечеру делаю челендж 2020 для похудения и я в 1ую неделю не меняла свой рацион, а сейчас я придерживаюсь пп ем мучное но редко в день 1200 ккал я утром сделала другой челендж и сейчас сделаю этот челендж. И я моветую сделать дефицит каллорий потому что так результаты появятся быстрее😊 Я это сделала только что сейчас 22.30 моё тело просто покинула меня это было ооочень тяжело там тажелые упражнения😵 День 9✅ это было очень легко моё тело привыкло😊 День 10✅ первые две тренировки были лёгкими, а последнее было адски тяжело из-за того что я повредила своё плечо вчера вечером во время тренировки болело плечо😢 День 11 - ✅ Rest day, было отдых😊 День 12 - ✅ у меня не было времени я сделала только 26 минут и остальное сделаю завтра. День 13 ✅ незнаю почему но сегодня было очень легко и завтра последний день, я напишу результаты до и после завтра 😊 я сегодня тренировалась больше чем остальные дни сегодня 1,5 часа занималась а так по 40 , 50 минут тренировалась😅 День 14✅ я сделала это было легко потому что моё тело привыкло к упражнениям😊 Результаты: Вес - до 48 после напишу позже. Талия - до 70 см, после 66см (-4см) Живот - 80 см после 78 (-2 см) Ляжки - 48 (-1см) Я рада своим результатам и буду продолжать я начну другой челендж и буду писать результаты но не сюда😊 Поддержите меня лайком, я буду обновлять каждый день

Day 1: ✅ it was actually fun even though it was hard but time just flew away quickly! Doing this for 2 week shred Like to remind me Body before - flabby , thighs just touch no sign of abs but I’m not fat Day 1 - genuinely thought I was gonna die Day 2 - I’m so so sore. Found exercises harder to do then yday Day 3 - still a bit sore. A bit easier Day 4 - rest day !!!

Finished day 9 Today. I have lost a total of 2.8kg so far. Can really tell in my face and my waist is a bit smaller however i’m bloated because it’s that time of the month 😅 will update in few days I just finished day 12 today. Still on my period lol so still bloated but i have now lost a total of 3 kilos i’m so incredibly proud of myself. Can deffinately see it in my face my neck and my waist 🎉 the excersises were so much easier today Day 13- 3.2kilos feeling so much better however not going to work out today because i am feeling super tired Day 14 - Last day today of challenge doing my work out because i had one rest day before i did the last day. I have lost a total of 4 kilos so happy! I will update if there is any other changes to my weight tommorow . Just wanna say i have so much more energy to do things with my daughter and also the workouts have got easier did me! thanks Chloe your amazing!!! Will continue to do your work outs i’m already seeing so much difference. I am starting another 2 week challenge in a couple of days 🎉

Starting this work out today let's keep a track becauses i saw others doing it Day 1: it was breathtaking but i did it at my own speed to avoid cramps.. day 1 successful 😁👍🏻 Day 2: did the whole workout but didn't sweat much... Some of the exercises are still that i can't do Day 3: i got my periods and i tried to do the workout and did the warmup but after 2 exercises i gave up... My stomach was hurting too much so I had to skip Day 4: did all the exercises with energy... Although I am still getting cramps but yeah... Did the workout👍🏻 Day 5: completed the workout very easily i am becoming flexible day by day😁😁 Day 6: ✅completed the workout 👍🏻🤧 my mom saw me doing the workout she laughed at first but then said i feel happy that you are exercising Day 7: ❎ i don't know why I left the workout today... I would do it tomorrow for sure Week 2:~ Day 8: ✅ did the workout very effectively and energetically... I think i really am starting to lose weight🤩 Day 9: ✅ complete the workout but i had to take a 5 min break cause my mom got in🙂 Day 10: ✅ done the workout Day 11: had high fever so had to quit... Day 12: ✅it was nice👍🏻 did the whole workout without any breaks

To anyone who needs motivation, remind yourself why you started. In 2 weeks, you’ll feel it. In 4 weeks, you’ll see it. In 8 weeks, you’ll hear it. remember, you’re not trying to “lose weight” you are trying to get rid of it. You have no intention of getting it back. But no matter what, I know some people might not believe this, but you are incredibly strong and I know you can push through this. It will get easier everyday.

currently 90 kg - im going to do this! day 1- ✅ that was rlly tiring my heartbeat so increased but im gonna do this day 2- ✅ i did it a bit easily but its still so hard and i had a binge-eating attack last night and my weight increased a lot and my weight didn't change after all that diet and sport it destroyed my motivasion yesterday but i cant expect to lose weight on 1 day so im going to do it i kinda like the feeling of pain doing sports and day by day ur body gets stronger so see you on 14th day 💪🏼 day 3- ✅ it was very very hard.... i stoped middle of the some exersices but i did to end 😄 day 4- ✅ i did better than yesterday still its hard i wonder when im going to do these exercises easily day 5- ❌ i couldn't find time for exercises but i went to swimming instead and i swam like 3+ hours i was at sea yesterday too day 6- ✅ it was hard but still feel good day 7- ✅ i hope im gonna do these exercises easier some day day 8- ✅ idk the only difference between day1 and day8 is the doing it eaiser i cant see it on my body uh im gonna do a diet i guess ( i always destroy it ) day 9- ✅ omg!!!!!! im proud of myself i did amazing job with planks and push ups it was so hard for me still hard but i did to end with all of them 💪🏼 but there's still a problem that i cant control my eating.. im trying but its harder than exercises nvm i will try to eat less.. and idk why i did amazing job with planks and pushups suddenly maybe its coz i did it at evening i mostly do it mornings?? day 10- ✅ i love the feeling that i do this eaiser day by day 💕 and i didnt get extra rest :3 still i cant catch the tempo of the exercises but im gonna do it 💪🏼 day 11- ❌ don't want to do day 12- ✅ it went well 👍🏼 day 13- ❌ not at home day 14- ✅ so generally i glad that i started doing this challenge, sports good for our bodies it helped me with organise my life idk about my body but i feel more flexible and stronger and with my belly ofc so yeah do it 💕 ( i couldn't diet so i dont think my weight changed ) UPDATE i started doing full body burn video for 10 days and im on my day 1 even if im on day 1 i finished it without difficulty ( u can click my profile to see my comment i'll update it daily )

I was dying in the middle of a workout when my mom came in. She was about to ask me to do something, but when she saw that I was working out, she smiled and said, "Oh, you're working out? It's ok, I'll ask you to do something later." I dunno why, but that just gave me a boost of motivation for some reason:)

*To people who gave up* : It is tiring. Your whole body aches and you just don't have the strength anymore to move a muscle. Sometimes you don't even feel like standing up in the morning because there is this inner exhaustion that prevents you from doing literally anything. However, I know one thing. I know one thing for sure about *you* . Something that will change how you face challenges at least for the next few minutes and maybe,... maybe it's even enough for you to keep going. To try to change something about your decision to give up. *You aren't happy!* You aren't happy with how you look or how you feel in your own skin. If you did you wouldn't have started this challenge. You had build up the motivation but gave up when it came crashing down. Maybe you didn't see results fast enough or maybe you realized how hard it is and think you are content with what you had. But are you really? If so, what was your motivation of doing this challenge? You know you are capable of achieving what you wish for. Even if you don't want to admit it. You have to fight for it. Nobody is gifting you self-love and confidence. It's the decisions you make that matter. So get up and face your challenges. *You are unbelievable powerful* *You are beautiful* *You are capable* *You matter* Even if I only motivated one of you, that's still a life that I changed. And that life matters

Hi everyone, just started this 3 days ago: -Day 1: pure suffering, but I did it all through. Sweating gallons ! -Day 2: sore everywhere, hard to complete but I went through it. Sweating a lot. Took a day off cause I went for a long walk. -Day 3 (today): hard but less than before. I could do an exercice that I couldn't do last time, so happy ! Still sweating, well it's good. I need to stay consistent. I always feel scared at the beginning but I'm always happy to see that I finally can do 95% of it at least. Thanks Chloe ! Greetings from France.

But im doing the 2 week shred challenge only to be consistent enough and make exercise my habit...coz in one day we are motivated enough to do the 60min cardio and on the other I just don't want to get up from my bed.. I can just say if you are consistent enough and want to see result I think you should go for 4 week coz the calorie burn is almost same in both and if you just wanted to try you can go for the 2 week...just an opinion tho 🥺..okay imma stop !! That's enough of my Ted talk😂

@@Katrina_Liv Да , сейчас занимаюсь но ещё не закончила У меня нету ковра и кроссовок поэтому я не могу делать некоторые упражнения и это чертовски меня бесит ..... у меня ноги скользят в планке и локти болят ..... поэтому я пропускаю некоторые упражнения с планкой ..... делаю больше передышок и именно на челлендж хлои у меня уходит 1,5-2 часа Что я могу сказать : Да , Это очень хорошо составленные тренировки , но конечно некоторые упражнения повторяются несколько раз но это не страшно . Сначала я посмотрела отзывы и подумала что это нереально тяжело ... на первый день я не могла привыкнуть к упражнениям которые тяжело делать без ковра .... думала типо "было тяжело " как все говорили , но на самом деле Нет! КОНЕЧНО как и все я очень сильно текла потом но для меня это не страшно . На втором дне я так скажем " сдалась" Потому что меня бесило чувство типо " я не могу делать тренировки правильно и боялась повредить себе спину " На половине расписания я сдалась и сказала что не буду делать ... но потом я посмотрела на себя в зеркало и снова вернулась к тренировкам ... уже не думала ни о чём кроме "простоять 30 секунд правильно " Дальше я начала привыкать не к тренировкам, а к тому что фиг у тебя получается или нет , главное - мыщцы болят? ДА , Тело поработало сегодня ? ДА, и именно это помогло мне тренироватся дальше После того самого 2-го дня тренировок я делала все видео до конца и гордилась собой ! И это самое прекрасное чувство ...) но.... когда я была примерно на девятом дне у нас был праздник хаит поэтому я испортила себе питание .... не смогла во время заниматься и не сдалала до конца изза дел ,не нашла время , у меня сейчас день 12 и времени на трени нету .. поэтому как нибудь закончу до 14 дня и когда куплю оборудование в августе пройду заново всё как надо !!!! Результаты: Мгновенно ничего не меняется , поэтому нужно терпение . Результаты нам будут видны за месяц (если челлендж хлои тинг за 2 недели - то это быстрый результат но это не надолго) Другим понадобится больше времени чтоб заметить изменения .... Поэтому нужно просто регулярно тренироватся всем телом ... не обязательно изматывать себя нескллькими видео и главное - СДЕЛАТЬ ПРИВЫЧКУ , если вы потренируетесь 2 недели когда только привыкли и забросите , то фиг польза вам от этого ! Заниматся надо постоянно ( не обязательно по программе хлои тинг) и конечно питание тоже играет роль , но не нужно себя ограничивать очень жёстко ! Это модет повлиять отрицательно! Если смотреть каждый день в зеркало и ждать результатов то вы ничего не добьётесь . Именно тогда когда вы бросите это дело (каждый час смотреть на себя и ждать результатов) вы сможете увидеть их ! Забить на них самый лучший вариант . Не тренируйтесь для похудения , тренируйтесь только потому что это вам нравится ! И тогда вы сами увидите измениния в теле :)

@@Katrina_Liv извините что так много написала 😂 мой ответ : Результат есть всегда , если ввести любую тренировку в привычку на каждый день и придерживатся её хотя бы месяц ( под словом любую тренировку я имею ввиду желательно тренировки на всё тело , если на определённый участок тела то результаты будут ооочень долгие, но лушче делать и то и другое) Если зотите испытать себя в адском челлендже хлои тинг ТО ВПЕРЁД !! Хватит смотреть отзывы , нужно просто начать и делать , не смотрите на мнения других то что они говорят что это чертовски ужасно и тяжело! Даже если так , можно преодолеть всё!
