This was great, Steve. Thank you. I needed to hear this today. Getting things done ahead of time isn't fun but it's necessary and absolutely worth it. Your videos encourage me to persevere and keep making progress. Have a great day.
I am 22 years old and pretty broke. Moved out to my own place 9 months ago. I am thinking of doing face to face sales. I did it one week (door to door) in december and I was the best rookie my boss had seen (even though I am introverted). I could not stand my colleagues and their manipulative lying to customers though, and their fratboyish vibe so I quit. Kinda regret it now. But all this seems to indicate that I should do some kind of sales in person. I have a 4K cinema camera and a gimbal. I'm not the best at video commercial creation but been thinking about freelancing through social media. Should I do sales now full time and master that skill and then later start a sidehustle/business? Either that or some forklift job. What do you think? My biggest dream is to get married and have plenty of kids and provide for the whole family. So I need a high income. Thanks for all the great videos - I've been in a rut lately so finding them is great. It's kinda like Alex Becker but more to the point.
I was say learn sales either on the phone or door to door. This is the quickest path to a high income in my experience. This will also build strong character traits that will help you succeed in every other area because you are going to be faced with rejections, objections, etc and have to learnt to overcome them to succeed. I wish I started sales earlier.
