I try not to inhale to reduce the negative impact it has on my health, but also because quite frankly its much more enjoyable to taste the aroma of the cigar. Inhaling makes it less joyful of an experience for me.

I was wondering why i was coughing.. lol ive never done cigars.. but ive done hookah hookah never made me caughed. When i inhailed myfirst cigar just now even my mouth puff.. i coughed like mad lol

Okay but how do you know you’re not inhaling. You have to suck the cigar the air from your lungs right?

Try pulling air into your mouth with your tongue, if you can do that you can puff a cigar without inhaling

your body is capable of pulling in air to just your mouth and keeping it out of your lungs. You can tell pretty clearly when you are just pulling in smoke to your mouth rather than inhaling it. the amount you can pull in is much smaller than the amount you can inhale.
