Oat Cheese Recipe
Ingredients ………..
1 cup raw oats, soaked in water
1 1/2 cups of filtered water
1 medium size cooked potato
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup Refined Coconut Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons agar agar or 3 tablespoons of corn starch
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Preparation ………….
Soak raw oats in warm water for at least two hours
Drain oats and place in high speed blender
With filtered water
Blend for one minute,then
Strain oat milk twice
Bring back to the blender
We are going to incorporate the rest of the ingredients,
Cooked potato, miso, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, refined coconut oil, agar agar, nutritional yeast
Blend it until it gets smooth
Before you cook the blended mixture,lightly oil your moldings
Pour mixture into the pot and cook on medium heat
Stirring constantly for four minutes
Immediately, pour the hot cheese in the moldings, carefully
Cover with plastic wrap
Place in the refrigerator at least three hours
If you leave overnight, the cheese flavor will take over
If you want to use this cheese on pizza or nachos, don’t refrigerate
When it’s cool and ready, you can eat and enjoy this delicious cheese with crackers or in a sandwich

Sabes hacer Queso de Avena?
Ingredientes……..
1 taza de avena cruda, remojada en agua
1 1/2 tazas de agua filtrada
1 patata mediana cocida
1 cucharada de pasta de miso
1 1/2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
1 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1/4 taza de aceite de coco refinado
1 1/2 cucharadas de agar agar (o 3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz )
2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional
Preparación………..
Remoje la avena cruda en agua tibia durante al menos dos horas.
Escurra la avena y colóquela en una licuadora de alta velocidad.
con agua filtrada
Licuar por un minuto
Colar la leche de avena dos veces
Llevar de vuelta a la licuadora
Vamos a incorporar el resto de ingredientes,
Patata cocida, miso, zumo de limón, sal, ajo en polvo, aceite de coco refinado, agar agar, levadura nutricional
Batirlo hasta que quede suave
Antes de cocinar la mezcla licuada, engrase ligeramente las molduras
Vierta la mezcla en la olla y cocine a fuego medio.Revolviendo constantemente durante cuatro minutos.Inmediatamente, vierta el queso caliente en las molduras, con cuidado
Cubra con una envoltura de plástico
Llevar a la refrigeradora por lo menos tres horas
Si dejas toda la noche, el sabor a queso será mucho mejor
Si desea usar este queso en pizza o nachos, no lo refrigere.
Cuando esté frío y listo, puedes disfrutar este delicioso queso con galletas saladas o en un sándwich.

good video. Very well explained. Can I replace the potato with instant mashed potatoes, just dehydrated potato. but how much of the dehydrated potato ? Thank you .

Thank you for sharing your recipe, I would like to try it. However it would help me to know how many grams your medium sized potato was? Or is it the same volume as the oats = 1 cup. Thank you.

Good but its not healthy. Do you know lectin is gluten? Can you do this with lectin-free ingredients for inflammation reduction and weight loss? Like sorghum or hemp seeds? Gluten is one kind of lectins which causes all kinds of inflammation from farting to serious auto immune diseases like diabetes, Alzheimer's, and speed up cancer growth
