At the same time giving an average individual the chance to own and operate a dispensary. The days of a few Monopolizing an industry are over. Yeah as someone else has suggested the power of now is good, also sadhguru here on RU-vid, I had this issue really bad many years ago, now I am free of it and live joyfully *tip from years of experience- don’t try to control your thoughts, the issue is deeper rooted than your surface thoughts it has come about through over identification with the mind and it’s thought process, all the great masters suggest is too be the “watcher” of your thoughts let them pass like clouds, don’t interfere with the thought process and try to make the right kind of thoughts and don’t identify with them just let them pass, this is the ultimate solution to this misery and will transcend the mind itself, then you will be able to live joyfully no matter the circumstances, it’s a process which does take time and practice but it will be worth it if you are consistent.
