You see it time and time again, young guys get these huge contracts, then it's two years of entitled, lazy performance Until they realise some effort is needed or they're getting the arse and a pay cut at the next club. The hunger to earn A top salary isn't there if a club pays too much too soon.

Kent is right on a few fronts namely that he thinks they're happy to move him on. When you're part of the long term plans, you're not left in two minds whats happening.
