I love how he waits patiently for the background noise to eliminate before he continues with the explanation. Excellent demonstration of patience and not rushing the moment. Good job, sir.
I literally have done this since first grade. I discovered it by accident. originally I tried to sit up straight but overdid it and kept going backwards until it popped. later learned I could do it by rotating my waist as well and it felt god damn good. Now when I do it in bed I get those giant loud cracks like I haven't moved in a decade. my wife described the sound as delicious.
I love this video! The quality, detail and pacing of information is great. And that through and through positive tone is just so cool! Thank you very much!
I must be really royally screwed. My lower back keeps going out of place. I was riding my bike on a bike lane a few weeks ago and a dumb, inconsiderate, inapt for society idiot went to cross it without looking both sides, and literally place himself in front of me without time to break. I went full on into the overweight dude's body and my bike felt to the side tipping myself to the left. This has since cause extreme, unbelievable pain to my lower back, mostly even more on the right side. None of the videos I've been watching on RU-vid are doing anything.
Goodness sir, I am sorry you are having this pain. It sounds like you need to see a physio or physical therapist, or doctor, in person if possible. This video is only for general education, not treatment for a specific condition. But I can help you find a professional in your local area via Google search as well. I wish you the best, and please let me know how it goes!

There is a reason chiropractors have chiropractors. No one can adjust themselves and no one should! especially the neck.. that is extremely dangerous. since you cannot get the right vector and are not a professional you can seriously damage the vertebral arteries and cause a stroke trying to Crack your neck. Chiropractors are trained and can get the correct vector...by trying to mimic chiropractors you are only releasing gas but not putting the bones into the correct alignment. Chiropractors are specific and work with vectors as in if a bone is misaligned moving superior or inferior left or right, or tilting to one side to the other.. the technique changes depending on what direction it is misaligned. Patients who have had chiropractic for their entire lives have the best spines I have ever seen.. nearly a lack of degenerative disc disease or any musculoskeletal conditions or limitations. But any sort of misalignment can hlbe helped by chiropractic and it has been proven with actual studies and clinical data with before and after xrays and exam findings. Chiropractic does not damage the vertebrae.. it is quite the opposite..by keeping in proper alignment it will help prevent damage to the vertebrae as the discs will stay in the proper alignment when aligned and it keep the joints and discs healthy. Please do not post false information as it can hurt people. if you have pain call a chiropractor but don't try cracking yourself. Thanks
Nothin like listening to some gay dudes partner "fix" themselves in the background, he probably noticed once he could smell the Hershey highway opening up because u could actually hear it well before he noticed lol.
