On another video I watched, the woman recommended that you put the oil in a glass of juice to disguise the flavor. She also said to mix the black seed oil with another oil like coconut oil to moisturize the skin after you shower. Mixing the oils will help to avoid skin reactions.

It was a girl who I seen 5 years ago with MS I wish I could find her today if you find her she's a black girl she's Drive 2 another state just to get black seed oil because it help with her MS and I'm wondering where is she today and how is she doing she was talking about how she didn't have to take all their medicine no more she said no more up and down days I wish I could find that lady today but if anyone on this website hear about her please tell it please she was the one that made me get inter interested in black seed oil

To be honest I was told I had high blood pressure, and high cholesterol so I did it take any medicine at all used black seed oil and changed my eating habits ... it worked . I did not tell my doctor and I’m actually good I get my bloodwork months later and everything was in normal limits

Just let me tell you about black seed oil I started it 5 years ago I love everything about it but then I went to once twice a month because it is good for people who want to lose weight I was starting to lose weight and I was saying oh no but everything else is good so now once a month for me

I took Black Seed Oil for 2 weeks. 2 teaspoons a day. Immediately I noticed rapid heartbeat. But I persevered. I do not take any prescription medications nor did I take any other natural remedies at that time. I wanted to use the oil to lower blood pressure so I did not take anything else so that I would know that any effect was due to the oil and not some other agent. Each day I had rapid heartbeat. The last day I took the oil, my heart rate shot up to 161 beats per minute at resting. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER. I sat still on my bed and waited it out. After an hour, my heartbeat returned to normal range of 65 beats per minute at resting. I decided I must have had an allergic reaction to the oil so I stopped taking it. At present, I am drinking a gallon of water daily and using arginine and niacin to control blood pressure with good results. I have not experienced any more rapid heartbeat episodes since stopping the oil. I am 59, vegan and take no prescription medications. PS I use the oil in my three dogs’ ears to help with fleas and itching. Works like a charm.😊

Study it and keep us informed please because one day I went to go get some blood in my blood just shot out and that never happened

Initially I found that honey didn't go well with the bso and instead found that bitter goes better with bitter- so I'd take it with sauerkraut or even better apple cider vinegar. But then I tried it with trader Joe's pineapple juice and found that it just about completely took the taste of the oil away. I'll pour alittle juice in my mouth first, then add the oil and shake my head to mix it. Works everytime. And I also did experience stomach upset but have found that to be only when I took it on an empty stomach... and even then I'd be fine right after having a BM. It would make me have to go in about 30-60 minutes. Hope this helps somebody.

Hi its been some since I seen you, please look up king tutsi who died with this oil in his hands, before the Asian invader Africa Ethiopia was using this the plant grows better due to the soil, it's also grown in southeast Asian countries because off history people tend to forget that Ethiopia's, who before and after christ had this plant in this period only black people were in Africa the Asian invader Africa 1870 to 1900 this was how it is now known as south Asian seeds but I think it should be called Ethiopia and south Asian black seed oil. When are you coming to Africa .

I really appreciate this review. I’ve been taking black seed oil since Feb of this year. It has really helped my knees. I am 66 years old and had trouble getting up and down from a sitting position. been on it 3 years and i get way more blood work than the average person. blood work always comes back great. only thing bad about it is constipation and upset stomach but other than that it has been life changing

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in 2016. My doctor put me on Lisinopril. The side effects were awful. I couldn't even drive my car. From intense research l found black seed oil. Within a month l was off of my medication and have been fine ever since.
