19:54. Hey! Have you ever read the novel or viewed the movie, "When Worlds Collide"? 😒 (The problem with the movie though, or a problem, is that it was made during the area of, Segregation. Most people don't seem to ever notice who boards the Ark and who doesn't.) A problem that I thought of first, was why do governments still need to spend money to save people? Ditto for, "2012", "Deep Impact", "Armageddon". Any movie in which Humans don't know how to save themselves without spending money to do so.

If not a Thanos then a Utopia project from the show "Utopia". The premise of the first season was to steralise a large percentage of humanity through a fake vaccine programme and other methods. The steralisation wouldn't have any other effects. The show actually changed the villains plan for series 2 to include a racial bias because too many people agreed with the villains original plans in series 1. Tbh me as well, your not directly killing anyone and originally it was meant to be random as possible in terms of race and social group. There would have to be other social changes too but if the population keeps growing as much as it is it will surely be a problem.
