He is so incredible and probably my favourite villain in sci-fi

He was defiantly my favourite incarnation of the master

In my opinion, Simm manages to perfect that balance of sadistic and emotional with a hint of childishness. I think this mainly applies for end of time and world enough and time. I think he's excellent. I feel like as much as I admire Sacha Dhawan as an actor, I just can't take his master seriously because I'm only really getting childishness from his portrayal.

Simm was such an underrated version of the Master. It's sad he and Capaldi didn't have the same chemistry as he and Tennant did, but his return was still excellent.

This has to be one of my favourite masters purely because he is completely insane in every aspect of the word especially once he gets ressurected

Simm didnt hook me as the master in his first story, but wow did he get better when allowed to play it as he wanted to. In his last story he was amazing as the master you could feel his hate. He no longer wanted to respect the Doctor he wanted the Doctor dead.

“I am the Master!.... You will listen to me!!! And you will obey me!... You-Will-Obey-ME!!!!....” (R.I.P Rodger Diagalo) Without you amazing performance of the original Appearance of the Master, he wouldn’t stand on his own!

I wasn't all that keen on Simms take on the Master when he first took on the role. But when he returned in S10 and was allowed to play the character the way he wanted to I really came to love his Master. I'm really looking forward to hearing what Big Finish will do the character. I genuinely think John Simm’s portrayal of the master, is one of the most personal, let me elaborate. When he returns in Utopia, he leaves the doctor, Martha, and Jack. However, we discover in a later episode that the Tane are the humans that he willingly sent to their doom, that the doctor helped send them to their doom unknowingly. He captured earth, his companions family, for a whole year, and then died while the doctor was begging. He returns in the end of time, while, not too personal this time , there is definitely something there. he doesn’t care about the warnings that the doctor is giving him, he just wants to turn the human race into whatever he wants. He has that ability to do so. He somewhat redeemed himself when he helps the doctor, after all, they have a mutual enemy in the time lords. Finally, he returns in, world enough and time. he turns the doctors companion into something that the doctor cannot fix, all the people that the doctor could try to save, he makes the doctor unsure if he can actually save everyone. And the cherry on top, is he turns Missy to his side, for a little bit. And when Missy betrays him, he decides to give the middle finger to the doctor, one more time, and kill the version of himself that was willing to change. What an incredible actor for an incredible portrayal.

Still miss the days when Saxon was prime minister...

Master Who

I love this version of The Master. I am so damn obsessed with him. Currently, I can't think about anyone Else than John Simm's version of The Master. He is so damn irresistable, handsome and beguiling. I have started writing a Fan fiction of The Master and his potential bride (played by myself), because I am so much in love with The Master played by John Simm. John Simm's version of The Master is awesome. Totally my type of a man. Handsome, hot, beguiling, incredible, dangerous and fantastic.

What happened to master daughter?

Not as good as Delgado or Gomez in my own person opinion but he's still great as are incarnation of the master besides Roberts XD
