Hello Bro, Well I think you should apply tourist visa from India and after when you arrive in Manila you can extend ur tourist visa for 2-3 months and within this period you can apply legal capacity, get married and even if everything in right place you can convert your tourist visa into Trv visa. No I don't think indian embassy has problem to issue legal capacity no matter what visa you have as long you have all requirements!

Hello Bhai, you don't need consent letter to appostille by MEA just make affidavit..also one affidavit by your parents that you never married in India or any other country. Include your details and parents details. In all affidavit your and parents details should similar like your passport.

Yes Bro, but you need some documents from India like Bachelor hood ke 2 affidavits one on behalf of your parents and one on behalf of your self. Should certified by local magistrate and apposiate by external affairs home ministry. Bring also your parents govt identification photo copy. Then you can apply legal capacity certificate in indian embassy manila. There are some formalities which you can do here.

I think for me it is easy to marry in the Philippines but some people say easy in India. I think it depends if you know the process of India or Philippines also you have documents in order...and most important where u want to live after marriage.

I think you can ask someone to make affidavit in India and signature of your parent and notarized by lawyer and then he can send to Philippines via Indian post office which would take like 1 week to reach and cost between 600 pesos. If parents not living in the Philippines then you need to send affidavit to India and then they will signature and send back to the Philippines. I think Indian embassy is more strict now.

Well you can ask your parents or brother or any relative who can make both affidavit , signature of your parents, lawyer seal and affidavit should Apostille in New Nelhi..Then speed post documents to the Philippines.

No it is not legal if you already legally married in india and your spouse name already in your passport or other paper..you can't legally marry in the Philippines.

Many people asked me about this company..well if they asking that you have to surrender your passport and they are not giving you any job offer letter etc then they aren't legit..be aware of pogo and gambling companies.

Hi Ankur, how different like they don't have surname or added Singh or kumar etc ? Like you said it has already correction so it will accept just make that document MEA apposiate. Also you should use only those name in affidavit which is in their valid id's.

@@IndianoInThePhilippines i have started working in my bachloorhood with my name in passport as ankur misra and with the real name of parents with Rakesh Mishra but in passport the father's name is Rakesh Kumar misra.i have oneness affidevit of my father where.its mentioned that these two different names belongs to one person but i am not sure.if sdm will sign those ans the home department of uttar pradesh will counter sign it and even thou they sign the whole process is too long coz it's government work and they don't work that fast sometimes they won't even sign even if everything is genuine...sdm sent an enquiry to my house and ask for confirmation from registrar office now even my bachloorhood is hold coz registrar didn't submit their report yet...everything is so slow everytime i visit registrar office they always says they will do it today or tomorrow or day after tomorrow

Well it is not about how much money you need to marry a filipina..you only need 25k pesos to marry a filipina but if you want to live here then you need money to survive and also money to start business or work.. if your gf don't work or she has work with other responsibilities then things more hard... You need saving to start new life in the foreign country !
