Builder floor documents can be divided into two parts first documents to confirm ownership and secondly document to check approvals for construction. For reference, I have used the list of documents prescribed by HUDA and required when buying a builder floor in Gurgaon, Haryana. I have covered the list of documents required when you are buying a independent floor in HUDA sector or a licensed colony in Gurgaon. But this list can also be used as reference while buying a builder floor in any other state as the list of documents will more or less remain same.
