I had the same issue…U connect didnt work, Bluetooth didnt work, rear camera worked intermittently and milage was flashing. To fix: pop hood, disconnect the positive battery cable for 5 mins with car in off position. Reconnect and Bluetooth & Uconnect will reset. I did this after replacing the rear camera and now all work perfectly
mine is having issues. Electrical. car locks itself, horn chirps randomly, Bluetooth and USB port stopped working. taillights stopped functioning correctly in the 1st week.. and now 3 years later they work fine.. Lemmon
Idk if this is just a coincidence, but I’ve been having the same issue for over a week, knew I wasn’t going to take it to the dealer just so they can charge me $250 for just a diagnosis. I bought a $20 Bluetooth thing on Amazon, connected it to the cigarette lighter in my car and instantly my Bluetooth in my car started working. The button for “phone/Bluetooth” started working again. I think maybe connecting the new Bluetooth thing reset the system in my car.
@@richardbartosik8631 just a Bluetooth adaptor that goes into the cigarette thing in the car. It’s super cold where I am right now and the Bluetooth thing went off again and I plugged in the adaptor and my screen is working again so I guess I found the magic thing.
@@richardbartosik8631 just make sure when you put it into the cigarette thing you hold it down to turn it on. I think it fixes the system because it cancels out by trying to overwrite the Bluetooth system to the point that it just makes the Bluetooth system on the car work again
I just had this same problem! the phone stopped working and the screen froze on the initializing hands free system screen. I took it in and the refreshed the radio with no success.
my Bluetooth stopped working. no connections possible. Continues to say "hands-free system loading please wait" I've been waiting years LOL everything else works though. fuse is good.
It's demonstrating how the radio functions just stopped working. There's nothing to explain, if you've seen how this car is supposed to work, you know this isn't right. This car was literally a waste of $25,000. I sold it less than a year later at a huge loss. Fiat Chrysler refused to do ANYthing with the myriad of problems my vehicle had. I'll never be buying another, and I feel sorry for anyone that does...
I just starting having the same problem on my 2015 dart. Along with those issues the sub woofer tends to flake out and not work from time to time. Other problems not related to the electrical system include the clutch being the biggest piece of crap I've ever driven. It'll start off just fine then suddenly jerk and die. I'm sick of this car and I've only had it 10 months. Getting ready to lose my ass on it by getting rid of this P.O.S. and buying either a Japanese or German made vehicle.
Yep... I had mine for 11 months and lost a ton of money, every electrical issue you can dream of. The car is a piece of garbage. I'll never buy anything else from them ever again. Bought a 2015 Fusion Titanium and I haven't looked back, absolutely love it!
+Corey DeGrandchamp I've had nothing but trouble with American branded cars for the past 20 years. A few years ago I bought a used 2006 Audi S4 with 100,000 miles on it, drives like a new car and absolutely no problems. I'm done with American made vehicles. Thanks for posting the video, it helped solidify my decision on getting rid of this P.O.S.
It sucks that these issues are occurring. My friend has the same problem currently and we are working on a software update to resolve the issue. Two things that don't make sense to me - 1) Refusing to buy any American vehicle because of an issue with ONE American manufacturer. 2) Complaining that you are taking a "Huge Loss" when you decided to sell you vehicle less than a year after purchase. How many vehicles do you know of that you can sell used for the same price you bought it for? It was your decision to buy and your decision to sell. It's a brand new product and if these issues come up while it's still under warranty they should be covered. Give them time to figure out a resolution. These things happen to EVERY manufacturer in the world! It's not just a Chrysler problem OR an American problem.
I agree, but the only problem with the Dart besides mechanical, technical and electrical issues is that after you buy it, the car will be under value for thousands of dollars. if Corey bought this car for $ 25000 thousands dollars at the time of purchase and wait 3 months this vehicle will fall in value to $13500 at dealer trade in. so this is a huge loss after 11 months of use. Private sale will be around $15000 to $16500. Dodge discontinue this car due to its loss on revenue. I have lost more than $17000 dollars in value in less than 4 years. my limited GT is now at a price of $7500 in KBB.
Man, i have the same problem with my dodge dart, about a year ago the bluetooth system stop working, and after the battery died and was replaced, the bluetooth system display the following message "loading bluetooth system" for several hours without functioning regards from Chile
Nacho estimado, se que hay unas baterias en el mercado que son para vehiculos cuando tienen radios mas potentes o bien cuando les ponen subwoofer, una vez que pruebe una y funcione te comentare lo que suceda
te cruje? a mi tambien en mi caso es la cazoleta derecha tengo que mandarla a ver, si te vibra al frenar... puede ser desgaste de pastillas (yo hago descenso en el cajon del maipo y corro en autopista, las pastillas originales me duraron 20.000 jajaja, asi que imaginate como ando) el auto tiene un recall de frenos, debes revisarlo buscalo aqui primero www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/recalls.html si tienes uno, revisa en chile si esta www.dodge.cl/?q=clientes deberian estar ya validos en chile, yo huebee harto mande cartas a dodge usa hasta que me respondieron que si el recall en chile (te dire que huevee mas de 5 meses) revisas por tu vin! saludos y suerte

El mio 2013 2.0 Mi mejor amigo es mecanico y el me asesora con el auto.. todas las mantenciones las hago con el.. Nica le pago a dodge 250 por un cambio de aceite (un conocido que trabaja en el ministerio de transportes tenia uno hasta que choco y fue perdida total lo llevo a mantencion y estos wns no le cambiaron el aceite y se supone que los 10.000 es esa puta huea) yo cada 8.000 kms le cambio por aceite AMALIE 0w-20 y funciona de pelos
I'd honestly recommend replacing the headunit with something else entirely -- I had nothing but problems with mine that I ended up selling the whole car. Total disaster.
+Corey DeGrandchamp you do realize that any car that is equipped like this, with all these electrical features, are going to have issues right? You're bound to run into problems. It happens everyday with 2010 or newer vehicles.
