I know that it is ridiculous to try and say that this was a season-defining game But I was there today, and as a lifelong Cubs fan having gone to many a game? This was special. Great offense, but defense by the infield was incredible. This may have been the best, well-rounded game I have personally witnessed over my 64 years. Go Cubs!!!

Congratulations Cubs fans. I'm on the East coast but was able to watch a lot of the game. The second inning was tough to watch. Beautiful weather and hopefully it will be that way tomorrow.

Just a reminder that Cubs only 2 Losses were against the World Series Winner Texas in their own Stadium. Now they beat the heavily favored Dodgers. If Cubs keep that pace they definetly make the playoffs. Go Cubs Go💙

That was a good swing from outman at the end, defense was just better. Good game, and we learn from every game. Just nice to see most of the offense producing and staying in the fight.

WHAT A PLAY MADE BY BUSCH! Did anyone see that?

3:49 I remember I was at a game once where Rizzo once hit a ball to that very same spot to win the game in extra innings. 2014 and the 11th inning. We sat since the 7th scoreless. Then Rizzo came up to the plate and hit a deep ball to RF just like Suzuki did here. There were even runners on second and 3rd. That was a memorable day watching Rizzo, one the best cubs ever.

Keep grinding Dodgers, the offense looks good though.

That second inning by the Cubs they were hitting most of the pitches, it felt like they were doing the Astros specialty 😂l
