We are a family of 6 living life in North Pole, Alaska! Where Santa Claus House is right down the street! We love spending time together as a family, having fun, learning through homeschooling, growing in our faith, and building our forever home! I met a lovely lady Saturday at a Bible Study here in eastern Washington who is from your town. She was the Safeway manager and had a flower shop. She said you have a beautiful singing voice! I thought it was cool knowing you from North Pole via videos and then meeting her who actually lived there and knew you!

I was surprised when i saw an Australian native flower "Kangaroo paw" in the flower arrangements at your brothers graduation! i have some growing in my garden, the florist probably flew them in from warmer climbs, or grown in hot houses. Congratulations.

I live in Oregon, and in the past week, we've had sun, warm temps into the 90's, hail, rain, lots of wind, and nearly a tornado!! It's been wild! This planet is absolutely changing! I would say this weather is pretty normal for the PNW, but these past few days have been a bit ominous! Enjoy your summer!

Congrats to your brother! That's cool they let off fireworks. The weather here in Southern Michigan has been hot and dry for spring. Usually it's the opposite cool and wet. Olivia is a happy baby! She is getting big. I remember my step-dad taking my daughter on her 1st carousel ride and she loved it. Seeing Olivia smiling reminded of it. My daughter is 21 now and my step-dad passed away this past December so having those memories are precious. Thank you!!

This is the coolest June I've ever experienced. It's half over and no tomatoes or cucumbers yet. We are still wearing sweaters in the morning. This is central California. I love the weather but it's so strange. Haven't even used the air-conditioning yet. I'm 75, so that's a lot of summers.

Unfortunately we are in a borderline drought situation again, here in Minnesota. We need rain. Your brother did a lovely job with his speech. Simple and yet profound, in its own way. A very special graduation celebration. Olivia looked like she enjoyed her first experience at Alaska Land. She was so cute while obviously enjoying her first carousel ride. Kudos on getting the garden planted. I hope you are blessed with a huge harvest that you can share with others.

We have had roughly a 14 day run of nice hot weather here in the Uk. It has been glorious. With a couple of short thunderstorms. Today it’s raining. Not complaining. It keeps the dust down and the plants and grass need it. Apparently it will be nice and hot again on Saturday. It sure beats the dark cold damp winters. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Our weather in Dallas has been very weird this year. We’ve gotten more hail in June than I think we have in all the years I’ve lived here. We had a storm roll thru last Thursday that blew our 20 ft chimney clear off our roof! By the absolute grace and mercy of God no one was hurt because by all accounts, the way the rest of debris fell and the wind was blowing, it should have fallen into my son’s room on top of the bed he was sleeping on. It was quite literally the hand of God at work saving him. Love watching you guys and I’m so excited for the new adventures coming down the pike!

I live in Fresno, CA, and we hit the 100-degree weather normally in May! This year, we are not expected to see 100• to 115• weather until JULY 1ST!! Yesterday I celebrated my 64th birthday and it was only 79•!!! What a blessing to be able to be outside on my birthday!! But it's anything but normal!!!

Washington State had a water spout & small tornado in Oregon this past weekend. And our highs in the 60's down from 80's & 90"s. People wearing jackets at least till Thursday. Kind of weird weather. Right before that we had several wildfires going. Most if not all of those are out now.

Summer in TN has been pretty normal so far: hot, humid & stormy. Maybe a bit cooler than in recent years but the humidity makes it tough to tell sometimes. Hail is a normal part of spring, summer, and even fall storms to some degree, so while no one likes it, we just deal and move on. Enjoy those long days!

We had 90°F weather in the end of May, and now it is 48 Fahrenheit for a high today, and I am in Edmonton Alberta! We are praising God that the rains have come and that steady rain has dissipated intense smoke that covered so much of my province.

We've had a very weird spring summer in North Scotland. Very little rain through the spring and a heatwave already. I actually prayed for rain. Thankfully my prayers were answered as we've had some thunder and rain but not enough to top up the reservoirs, rivers , lochs. Also our oceans are experiencing a marine heatwave. So I will be praying for that too. God knows how much I love nature and I'm slowly turning my garden into a mini Eden ( God put a mini eden on my heart about 10 years ago but I had to wait until I had the space). This morning I was visited by one of our native lizards I felt it was a gift from God I was so happy. The garden was blank when we moved here and slowly I'm attracting more and more wildlife. All that to say the weather is weird but I'm doing all I can in my patch to nurture what God has given me and all his creatures.

Congratulations to your brother! What an accomplishment! As I sit here on June 20th in a sweatshirt in Northern California when it should be in the 90's and instead it's barely hitting 70. We've had rain... thunder etc and very cool weather ... which I will NOT complain about. It's just weird. So happy that you get family time. It's the best!

The weather down here in the lower 48 has been so crazy across the whole country...oh well the people are going crazy too so Why Not !! ha ha ha Bert it was so cold here last week we had to put the furnace on in the middle of June then the AC crazy...Oh sorry your trip to Pioneer park was cut short. They say people had hail the size of oranges and baseballs...ouch !! Having brothers and sisters makes everything you do as a family is fun and rewarding. I'm an only child and wanted a big family but was only able to have 2 girls so I couldn't wait to be a grandma well that didn't happen cause my girls were not able to have children. Your brothers graduation and speech were precious! Our weather in Georgia this year has been super strange. For the most part of the spring we were so much cooler than normal. It was enough that it delayed my garden growth. Now we are having monsoons, hail, much more rain this year than normal. It has been very odd, to say the least.

Where I live in Michigan it's been hot and dry. Grass is all burned up. 90's the first part of June. We need rain so bad. We're are going on a month with no rain. Congratulations Isaac !!

The winds were more intense coming out of the South 3/23, I lost my front porch roof & porch swing. 4/1 My siding come off on the West side of my home, front, then the back East side of home. Power outage. Then the entire roof peeled off. My home was totaled . There was little crises help, not enough coverage on home to replace. Total loss. (Grayson County Virginia)

In North Dakota we have had very weird weather this year, major hail in May (never this early). We also had very hot Temps, high 90's, May and June, usually July Aug.

It has been dry in the midwest. I am concerned for crops if we don't start seeing rain soon. El Nino summers are often dry in the midwest, so this, while a bit odd, has happened several times during my life. Congratulations to your graduate. Much success, young man!

Well, Jessica, since you asked.... Off today, Monday, June 19th. I'm in the Portland, OR Metro area. I had my car serviced. Driving back from that across town I ran into a patch of rain that turned into a 2-3 minutes of driving through pounding giant hail. I'd say this is March-April weather. So, yes, it's strange. It reminds me from a scene from "Day After Tomorrow" when they had softball sized hail in Japan. We had some hail on Sunday too; but, I was comfortably inside. Congrats to your Brother! He's going to end up as a brilliant Engineer or something. He looked pretty happy when those young women were running into his arms -- LOL. He'll be all set :).... He's going to be a happy man.

I’m in Southern California and we’ve noticed that this summer is a lot cooler than usual. Around June it’s usually 100+ degrees every day and this year it’s sitting around 70-80. We also got more rain past spring which isn’t typical.

In eastern Washington we started out going from winter to hot summer. It seems so far we are on a rollercoaster of either in the 60’s or 80’s. Not much in between.

It’s a weird summer here. Cooler than normal, dry, heat up for a couple days and now we are looking at a drastic cool down into July. Along with daily rain. From eastern ohio. We went to Virginia Beach Memorial Day and their weather was bizarre too. High in the 60’s cold rain wind. No one was out but us. We had 2 nice days out of 7. It’s really crazy. We haven’t had the snow fall like we usually get so it will probably be nuts this winter as well. Thanks for sharing these special moments.

August is typically the hottest month of the year for us; but, here on the South Texas gulf coast we are already experiencing heat indices of 120° which just seems crazy to me even for this area🥵. I have never used any fertilizer in my garden. For tomato end rot, I bury a tums on each side of plant. For bugs on my plants, I make a spray of dish wash liquid, chili powder, olive oil and water. They hate it. I also catch little fish to bury under plants. The calcium from the fish bones and fish oil help plants to grow.

We have had horrible weather here in Louisiana. High winds and a EF-1 tornado, winds of up to 110. Took down so many trees, damaged cars and houses. This happened Thursday night and many are still without power. The power company SWEPCO said this is the worst power outage in the history of the company, and it is scorching hot here. It’s been a bad start to summer.

We've been getting a lot of rain the past few weeks here in coastal SC, with a potential hurricane to watch in the weather forecast. Usually it's dryer this time of year, although the temps have been about normal - upper 80's/low 90's F. More rain = tropical rainforest type growth and also humidity - hanging out in the AC after about 9am! I enjoy watching you cram as much fun into summer as you can since your season is super short. So happy to have your family back in AK! Empty nester here. We have so much fun but we miss our son and grandees. Health statuses change unexpectedly too which changes plans. Medical things work best for us in WA and we had huge impacts with that. So plans are made and we adapt. Hope health stays steady and good. Have a fun summer!

Here in South Georgia USA we have been getting hit with rain, storms for the past week and half!! Some areas have had tornadoes Thankfully storms, rain and wind. Trees and limbs falling so power goes out. Have a fun day at the park. Love your videos!!
