Me too,.. one single 81 mg Equate (Walmart's cheapie brand name) baby aspirin a day. I've been doing it for well over 20 years now. Don't know for 100% certain if it's good or bad for me, but i take it anyway.
@@lindashepherd8328 I take Dr. prescribed Lisinopril for my high blood pressure. I voluntarily take the 81mg baby aspirin just to play it safe to hopefully avoid having a heart attack.
I've watched 2 RU-vid videos that say aspirin can help against cancer by stimulating the immune system, and that it also helps repair DNA. I've heard it is hard on the kidneys. Something for me to continue studying.
It does have side effects but the benefits outweigh them Aspirin is a blood thinner and necessary after Stenting. It effects the stomach, just stick to baby aspirin
Some people literally need to if they are at high risk of a heart attack and that risk of a heart attack can be far worse than the "poison". If you're not at risk then don't take aspirin everyday if you don't want, but there are people who could die if they don't.
@Jhakku Agadhi Thanks to you, I am trying to. My real problem is that the same medications are not working as before, One isobide 20mg bill was enough to drop it to 130 and less; now, 3 of them do very slight drop.
