The niceness doesn't do any good when engine could blow at any moment. Then, some inexperienced mechanics take your new ride and engine apart. No thanks. I wait until late 2025.

Overpriced ticking timebomb of an engine nah I'll pass too many issues and I don't want the headache. In Canada I know people who have had nothing but issues with the new Tundra. If I could I would go with a Tundra with the V8 or I also could I would get a Titan but it was killed here in Canada.

When they fix the engine, quality, and pricing issues, maybe they will move. They are about $10-12K overpriced, so who wants to overpay for a bad product? If I want to do that I'd buy a Dodge or Chevy. LOL!

We just got back from Texas and every Toyota dealer we passed by had tons of new Tundras sitting on their lots .

I got my 2019 1794 4x4 CM on May 30ths 2020.. I didn't want the push to start so settle for a used 2019 with 2k miles. Paid 42k OTD. She's paid off now but so happy i never traded it for the new generation..

I bought mine from that dealer April 2023 ..it as 1 of 4 on the lot at the time lol

Not here in the Midwest. You might find 5-10 on the lot but that’s about it. Only discounting them about $4500.

Looks like dealers are rejecting the trade off when people are trying to trade the trucks for something else , I am so glad I kept my 2019 which I got brand new , has 23k miles and bullet proof, I was almost going to trade it for the new one and glad I did not , got a 24 grand highlander hybrid max for my wife and they had to replace transmission at 3k miles , Toyota quality is no longer what it used to be unfortunately but I would still go with them over any local brand since they stand behind their warranty and will make it right … all manufacturers have plenty of issues including Toyota with its new generations across the board , sad to say but it is the reality now

Now that looks like the fired,and chity dealerships across the country that's means a lot of people are wanting a Toyota Tundra 4x4 that's how the ferds and gmsee dealerships look accept this dealership has more than them as far as 4x4 go

discounts are nice, but the non hybrid trd trucks won't get the big hybrid discount.

It will be interesting to see how the sales figures look in June and July after the recall.

Toyota rumor was dealers were buying their own tundra’s for company vehicles. To get the sales number up…And then turn around and sell them as used.

I could see TundraDude34 going into a 1794 edition truck. Its not a trim he's had before, and that trim there isn't a lot of content out there from a long term owner perspective.

Still way overpriced

I was a loyal Tundra owner till the 2022 came out and it was so cheap and ugly. Now with the engine problems I won't buy it till a refresh.

It means, that no one is trusting Toyota with all the recalls, plus their are too expensive to purchase, and Interest rates are too high. What Toyota needs to do is. Relace all recalls, with a new engine no questions asked to redeem them selfs. They have money to do so.

Nobody wants to buy one because of all the problems they are having with the engines blowing up and other problems they are having with them. Toyota even said in their recall letter they do not have a fix. It's not only effecting 22,23 , it is happening to 24's also. I would be afraid to buy one because of all these problems. Toyota reliability ? What happened to it? The engine has a flaw in it's design. Who wants to buy a Tundra with potential future problems . Those Tundra's may be sitting for a while until a fix and reason for the engine failure is found and repaired. And the prices have gone out of sight, even with discounts, their are way to high for the working man. Take the new Tacoma, for instance, look at the price increase on them , $50,000 for a Tacoma, and $70000 to $80000 for a Tundra. Too much for most people to even consider.

Keeping my 2020 Titan for now. Owned a 2012 Tundra and I sure miss that truck. These new Tundras are hot garbage.

Such a fan boy ha ha! No one in their right mind is gonna buy a Tundra until there’s a defined fix. For me that would be a crate engine and 10 year 200k mile warranty.

Why are you still singing their praises and helping to try and sell something with a known issue. I am a die hard Toyota fan and currently have a '24 Platinum I Force Max and am absolutely terrified on what will happen to it and how Toyota will handle it with it inevitably joins the recall list. I appreciate your passion but you are not doing your viewers any favors.

This new design is nothing but junk! So very disappointed in Toyota. Toyota should buy back every truck at top price and just eat the cost. Maybe it would be a wake up call to Toyota to stop overpricing these trucks and get back to what people want, dependability. Had a 2007 and now a 2020 and they were great. This new truck looks bad and tons of issues! My 2007 had no problems. Had 265,000 when I sold it.
