Viral quantification always measured in international iu per ml/l. your dna quantitative 120 IU/ml= 120000 IU/liter . So dont worry viral level is low right now. But you need to follow up the routine checkup as your doctor suggested.

When you are physically fit and liver is healthy you can do no issue. But when you feel seek or feel overloaded or there is stress in the liver so you should avoid this types of game Or exercise.

If you are physically fit, you can do fasting no issue. But fasting can be good till then how much your body can be tolerated. Beyond that it is not good. Some experts told, if a healthy person can do 1 day fasting by eating fruits or juice in a month, then the body will be detoxified, blood sugar will be under control, immune system will be strong, boost brain function.

A kidney doctor is a specialist in nephrology. A gastro enterology doctor is a specialist of whole abdomen and liver also coming into upper abdomen part and it is also called hepatology in medical science. Though, he/she is a doctor and if they have good experience in treatment of hepatitis, they can do . There is no issue. Experience does matter to diagnose the diseases.

If you are physically fit and nothing have any measure complications in the liver, then running is one of the best exercise for a hepatitis patient. We have noticed in some HIV and cancer patients virus goes down, if a patient do this exercise at least 4 days a week and 40 min on regular basis.

your viral level not high, so dont worry, but try to keep under control through your diet and exercise. Follow up your treatment in every 6 months that is mandatory .

Hi brother.. i have been diagnosed with heb b 2 months before and load was 4.33 .. that time doctor suggested to take medication but i have waited for 2months without taking medication and i did proper diet and workout.. now i have done blood test and the load is 2.89 log10 .. as per the recent discussion with the doctor, she is happy to go without medication and followup.. can you please advise what is this load level ? And fine to not take medication at this load ?

the normal range of dna quantified is 1.00-9.00 log IU/mL So your viral quantification is low, I don't think you should take medicines. But you should consult once with your doctor.

The rate is not fixed for all medications and it is also varied from region wise. Suppose price of Hepsera 10mg is around $1,750 for 30 tablets in usa only. Try in your local area you will get these medicines. But I would suggest please dont take without doctor's supervision.

I was exposed by hB in2019, i never had symptoms ,now i have antibodies, my surface antidote is not reactive . ..i had a tac to see my liver and it's normal.. is it common that a human being could clear hb naturally with its inmune system without leaving any tracking only antibodies that little by Little are being decreased??

This is good news, your igG and igM antibody are strong that's why HBsAb is not reactive, but still you need to check up the viral as well as liver condition in every 6 months for some years. Definitely yes, according to aging that has been associated with a decline in B cell production in the bone marrow. Only B cell has the ability to create antibody fight against viral infection.

@@Oceanaugucacere2424 No, not for whole life for sometime. Because you don't know, how hepatitis b reacting it is very dangerous and double stranded DNA virus. So, it is not easy to say this virus is gone forever. If it is shown negative in the report today, it could be positive anytime that's why told you. Don't worry, you are not a HBV reactive patient, there is no chances virus will transmit to others at the moment. But your other family members should be vaccinated for safe. Yes, you can do live as a normal life, nothing happened with you don't worry. I would suggest, do regular exercise, don't take alcohol, eat more fruits or vegetables. Because these things are will stimulate and produce more antibody in your body.

Now it has been 4 years since my exposition on that virus , last month , I had my checking and my superficial antidote shown no reaction.. the risk to be positive in a moment of my life is still latent ? Obliviously it is high, how is your ALT enzyme level if it is elevated , then you should go for medication immediately. Talk to your doctor about it on priority basis.

hmmm, that depends how your body immune system's strength if it is strong then medicine for some years not required. If it is weak you will need to low down the virus early basis. In the young stage problem will not be raised. Problem will be raised in the old age means basically in the old age patient's immune system goes weak then hepatitis b virus will create a problem. 1) Anyway if you do routine checkup as per your doctor's advice nothing will be worry about it. 2) Follow a healthy lifestyle 3) Eat healthy foods. Avoid or lower deep fried foods, red meat and alcohol.

Yes why not. If your liver condition is good and you are physically fit doing physically exercise you can play sports. But for a national or international level sports man need to check the guidelines which sports they can play or not.

DNA level is 38000 which is not very high, but your viral marker is rapidly growing you need to keep an eye on it and follow the routine checkup in every 3-6 months. When doctor will say to start medicine you can start then. What is your ALT level?

If your wife is vaccinated means she is safe from HBV lifetime means till 25- 30 years after she got vaccinated. Still I would suggest use condom during the sex, rest is fine.
