Ako po meron napka taas dati pero ngyo mababa na ung titer nsa 7.65 na ang ginawa ko lng within 5months pinag samasam ko ung barley/moringa /turmeric /ginger . Puro powder po yan. Tig isang kutsara itimpla sa tumbler. Tpos ung korean red ginseng 2 teaspoon sa maliit na shot glas. Dti kc umabot ako ng libo na titer. Aoa.sir if patient of hapatitas b is from 15years patient of hap b and now age is 42 and doctor before said no need of treatment just take good diet is it true and in case of marriage can it transmit in partner and if partner is already vaccinated of 2 dozes of hap in 2005 then can again vacine is compulsiory in case of marriage

If your doctor told you not to take any medicines for virus, that means viral level is lower and still your immune system is fighting against the hbv virus. In low level virus medicine will not work, but many side effects and complications may be raised. If your partner already vaccinated then no need to take vaccine further.

Can somebody help me here??? I have been a Hepa B Carrier but Im Healthy... Never been Sick... and I had Checked Up last December...all tests are NEGATIVE RESULTS including all those Ultrasound, Viral count check was even NEGATIVE... But everytime I have Blood Check, it will always appear HbsAg Positive...and this made my life difficult everytime i do Visa Test here ..i also have a FIT TO WORK from my Physician, and i asked what is the treatment, he said nothing, as there is nothing to Treat. I AM FINE but need to do check up every 6months

Yes, your doctor told you right! because you are a chronic hepatitis b patient that's why your hbsag shown positive and now your antibody does not allowed to replicate the virus in your body that's why your dna test shown negative. Rest is good you should have routine check up in every 6 months to monitior your liver condition.

Anti-virals medications are not just like cold or flu, I will tell you and you will take. For that you need to know your HBV DNA level, current hbsag level, ALT/AST level, AFP, level, your virus geno type after that doctor will suggest you which medicine you should take. Please consult with a good liver doctor about this.

You did not mentioned where your brother wanted to go abroad. There are some countries banned for hbsag positive chronic patients. You can try for those countries where not banned for hepatitis b and c positive people.

sorry, there is not any tricks or methods to make it negative if you are already a chronic hepatitis b career. You should go to that country where is no restriction on chb career or choose a different trade that any one can do, if you want to go gulf countries UAE, follow their latest guidelines there are also some restrictions on specific trades only not for all I think. For better, please visit their official website of the embassy.

low fat, low sugar, limit your red meat consumption(monthly once), no alcohol, more fruits and vegetables, do regular exercise. Follow treatment in every 6 months.

I have a hbv dna viral load of 1540 IU/ml, hbeag negative with anti bodies, hbsag positive, my liver function test is within normal range except for ALP (mine is at 133 while the reference range of the lab is 30 - 120 iu/l), AST (mine is at 39 while the lab reference range is 0 - 35 iu/l). Every other thing is within the reference range of the lab. I'm to meet my Dr on Saturday and I just wanted to know somethings before hand. I'm not even talking about eliminating the virus completely, I just want to know if this will suppress it to say below 500 iu/ml where I have less likely hood of transmitting the disease to others (like future wife), like something I'll take once within the time frame of the medication instead of taking antivirals for the rest of my life. I was 13 when I was first diagnosed now 22.

If your Fibroscan report is 7.9kpa means you liver stiffness condition in F2 category. No worries, but if you are overweight as per your height/weight need to reduce the weight asap. IF fat is more in the liver or feeling mild pain in left or right side in upper abdomen , do exercise for 1 hour weekly 5 days. Avoid alcohol totally.

Hepatitis B is very dangerous like HIV. Any one can affected by this virus if it is wife, baby or other family members. so, for that vaccination is necessary. If you are staying with HBV patient. You asked why hepatitis b is very dangerous? Because It is an uncurable diseases. There is no medicines available for permanent cure. HBV virus life is more than HIV virus. Hepatitis b has not much awareness campaign like HIV. Because HBV is a silent killer most of the people don't know how they are infected with this virus in the initial stage. Still WHO and many international NGOs run campaign on Hepatitis B dedicatedly. If you are married and anyone suffering from chronic hepatitis B then and you want a baby. you can have a baby. But you should consult with your doctor about it.
