Texas’s D is ranked higher than OU’s. OU’s O states are woeful, every receiver is out, the line is shaky, and there’s a freshman at QB. How does OU generate enough O to be competitive?

Vanderbilt showed us that any team *can* win. Will OU? Not without some really weird things happening. OU is starting a true freshman QB with one start under his belt. Unless he is of otherworldly talent he is going to face a pretty intense welcome to elite football.

Definitely not as good a D-Line as they will face this weekend in Oklahoma. But overall Michigan has been one of the best pass rushing teams in CFB. To me between them, Ole Miss, and Oklahoma. 20 sacks on the year and a ton of pressure in every game except when they played Texas. How Texas handled the OLBs in that game from a pass pro standpoint is why I feel they have a good OL. Definitely getting tested this weekend though!

@TheNewSECPodcast that's fair. And to your point, Tennessee had a depleted OLine when they faced OU. Auburn had a full OLine and handled OU well until the 4th quarter. Here's to no injuries, an entertaining game, and the winning team getting the credit they deserve.

@@shaneparks5182 Yes, hopefully no more injuries also to be fair though Auburn, I think has one of the best backfield in college football and they got away with a lot of downfield blocking by the wide receivers. I noticed they were cupped under peoples jerseys. I couldn’t get away with that when I was a DB but boy, they sure do lately. I also think Auburn is a lot better than people think those turnover bugs. Sometimes that’s just hard to Over. Come look like they did vs OU but the interception.

Do I think the Oklahoma Sooners have a chance of beating my Texas Longhorns in Dallas? Yes and no. Yes because their defense is good but on the other hand their offense has been up and down so far this season so depending on which Oklahoma offense shows up in this game that will determine if we win convincingly like I’m predicting or if we win by ten points.
