Thank you Great Video your awsome and I thank the others in the comments for additional back up help ....I am applying my very first bag of Scott s Max Green today in a few actually, got my bag yesterday from Sam's Club, Wow but pretty expensive, cost me $47 plus tax Totalled $50.80 yeah it's a big bag but Wow . I checked out on RU-vid yesterday after I purchased my bag another awsome Iron fertilizer and it was only $18....well not sure if the RU-vid video was an old post ..that could make a huge difference in price change since lately prices have been ROCKET HIGH... I plan to make videos daily as well and am excited to go do my lawn ..Blessings and Peace to you and everyone in your post ..

I tried it, and within 2 weeks, I saw the difference. 4 weeks and my yard is a beautiful green.

I have used green max a few times. You definitely should have watered it in for a faster and better result. Looks great.

I use it at half rate and holy shit my lawn is the greenest on the block, not sure if it was last fall fertilizer work or what but it forest green n thick

If you don’t want to scalp a microbial package application will accelerate the decomposition of the dead grass and will benefit your soil.

What type of grass do you have? If you remove the dead grass from your lawn (mid-summer scalp) prior to green max application, you will get the deepest green color. Your live green blades won’t have to compete or mix colors which creates that brown/yellow look.

My previous home I used Scott’s system looked just as good as yankee stadium. Now someone told me to use Jonathan green not as good and more expensive.

Hand held are useless. Get a rotary spreader.

I have both and use hand held. Unless your lawn is 100% flat, has no trees or plants, has 100% the same soil composition, gets 100% the same traffic, has no pavement contacting any edges, has 100% the same grass type and gets 100% exact sunlight at the exact same time, you can benefit from a hand held. You shouldn't water evenly or apply fertilizer evenly because the grass doesn't have the same requirements due to conditions. If the lawn is huge, then use a bigger spreader but by manipulating crank speed, direction, squeezing the handle harder or softer to open/close the chute , you can get more precision for the areas that need it more.
