Does the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Drive As Well As It Looks? [Car Review]
The 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6L stayed with me for 1 week so I can assess its driving capabilities. In this Filipino car review, I take the 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6L around town, on highways, and even to a long drive to the mountains just to see how well the 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro performs. The 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro gave me a comfortable ride, and was powerful enough to please me. The 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro gave a good impression, providing a solid drive even in rainy weather. I also took the 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro to some rough roads, and it handled it pretty well. The 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro had a very refined ride, and was very quiet as well. The cabin materials of the 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro can rival other premium SUVs out there that cost over a million pesos more. The seat material of the 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 pro 1.6L looks similar to the Geely Azkarra, but it is more comfortable. I also got to test out the advanced driver assist aids and they made driving the 2022 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro so convenient.

Finally the review I've been waiting for! :) Hey Reygan the Tiggo 8 pro that was released to us customers now has 3 driving mode.. the Test vehicle your using does not have it yet. The normal mode is plenty scary enough if you need an additional power without using the even monstrous sport mode. I like that you finally mentioned the true horse power which is the 195 HP and 290 NM Torque. Btw the for the steering, did you change the steering mode to sport on the settings? Its still light but at least its a bit more connected to the road IMO. Great review overall Reygan! Big fan of your channel!

Thanks for this info! Glad to know that they added the normal mode already. Eco felt short while sport is a bit excessive for usual drives.

@@ReygansRides Yeah I was pleasantly suprise when I got my unit and found it my self. I was ready to accept that going in but seeing that normal mode just put a smile on my face. It was nice seeing you on the fun drive at Highlands Tagaytay! I was that long haired guy who personally owns the tiggo 8 pro who was fan boying at you at the event lol.

Nice Review Reygan. In other tests I saw the dashboard downpart in the same leather like the seats. On yours it was grey imitation wood. Is this a choice or option ? How about the ventilated seats. Do they work well ? Are there fog lights under ? How are the LED lights in general ?

I have read Custmer reviews saying that they experienced engine and other mechanical problems with this vehicle. Have the problems been resolved?

So far issues are minimal in the owner groups. And Chery has a 7 year vehicle warranty for the Tiggo 8 pro.

The issues are isolated and have quickly been fixed by the Chery dealership. Few reasons for the issues were the fuse needs to be tighten. I have the 1.6 L turbo and I love using it for it’s luxurious feel. Real world driving stop and go traffic gives about 7kpl which is fine for a 7 seater. Highway no traffic going from pasig to manaog gave me 15kpl. Like Reygan said, Chery literally put everything you could have in here. The unit released has android auto and apple carplay. I wish Chery also included the functionality for the 360 camera to record(dashcam) and I know that is asking too much. The ride is very comfortable if you set the tire pressure to 2.3 bars instead of the dealership default of 3.0 to 3.1 bar.

@@r1tol251 advantage prin for 7 years warranty lalo na kung casa mo lang dinadala yung sasakyan. Di naman lahat ng owner na after warranty eh sa labas na nagpapa pms yung iba casa parin.
