I have been using the Nira Precision for 3.5 months. I have seen nice results on my marionette lines, but not under my eyes. I’m not giving up. It truly is a quick and almost painless process. I am so glad that they came out with a bigger head on the new device. Unfortunately I can’t buy every new device that come on the market. I wish I could.

Thx so much for this great video - you look fabulous! I have had the Precision for about 3mo and love it. The other day I sent my hubby some info on the new NIRA and sort of forgot about it - but then as he was on a long drive, he called me and said, hey, that laser thing, why don’t you just go ahead an order it! Love my precision Nira; I did buy it when they put it on sale last November; if they ever put the NIRA pro on sale I will get it but right now it is out of budget; I do love my Nuface so I alternate with the two; I think my skin has improved somewhat but it is very subtle; I don't think either is for someone that has deep or even medium lines on their face. I think your skin looks great but the pictures are really not a good indicator of the results because of the lighting.

You are so welcome. I probably spend a lot less time than you think. I do work out for about 45 mins in the AM then I do 12 mins a day on my hair device and about an additional 10 mins in both the AM and PM on skincare and devices. I like to think that I don’t work harder, maybe just smarter.

Both pictures are after the eye surgery. I have only been using the new device since they sent it to me which is literally not much more than two months ago. I had the eye surgery maybe six-eight months ago.

Yes, you can use it right up next to your upper lip. I would not use it on the lips itself though. Long ago I did derma rolling on my lips and now one of my lips is a bit on even in terms of the color at the border. Please don’t do your lips.

I would not use it on the darker skin on your lips at all. You could use it right up next to them, but I would not use it on the lips. Lips are very sensitive.

No, during this trial, I stopped using the precision Nira. It’s not that I might not pick it up again in the future but for this test, I was just supposed to use the newer device. I think going forward though I probably will just continue to use the new device. If I were you, I might consider returning the original one.

It’s nice that they came out with a new and improved virsion but like the other lady I can’t afford to buy everything that comes on the market. Well, I’m going to turn 60 later this month. I’ve been using the NIRA with the smaller head since March 8th, twice a day. I see very little progress. I have a horizontal line on my forehead, above my right eye. I think the line may have become shorter, but it’s still there. I don’t know what else could help that. I will continue to use it, to see if it helps more as in your case. 😉

Thank you for sharing that Elaine. I don’t think the Nero device would be very effective on larger wrinkles. If you want to get rid of that forehead, wrinkles all together, Botox is about the only thing that will do that. I have found it to be effective on small wrinkles with her just warming such as around the eyes were the marionette lines.

Elaine it takes a full 90 days to see new collagen growth from the bottom layer of skin to the top, it may take 6-12 months to see dramatic results when you have deep wrinkles so hang in there. If you don’t take a collagen and hyaluronic acid supplements, I would add those to your skin care regimen. 80% of your skin structure is collagen protein (hyaluronic moisture is part of the collagen layers) and as we age we naturally make less of it. Adding a supplement can give you a boost and make these kinds of devices more effective.

I have used Nira precision since Jan. 22. I have noticed subtle improvements on my crows feet, undereye, forehead and smokers lines on upper lip. But the best results are on my neck which surprised me. I think it's because your face is mobile but your neck doesn't really move like the face. Nira customer service said it's safe to use even over the thyroid because the laser is so shallow. Microcurrent and radio frequency go deeper. If I have money in the future I'll buy this newer Nira just because it will take less time to do since you cover a larger area.

WOW- looks like a winner except the cost! Cannot afford that- so will be looking for other methods- maybe not that great , but it is about ego I guess- hope no one judges me for my wrinkles and crepey skin. :-( But you probably have amazing skin to begin with. At 67, I look older and older- both grandma's had different skin, one gram had lovely taut skin until she died near 90 yrs and the other , very wrinkly- ( which I must have gotten her genes) loved them both and both were beautiful no matter.

Is this device a bit warm when on skin? I had bought the old Nira because it was said ok for darker skin but I had to stop Because of hyperpigmentation….so I was wondering if this one is better for olive ton skin?

The new device does not seem to be as hot as the Nira precision. I would think that would cause less hyperpigmentation, but you might ask your dermatologist.

The Precision has a smaller spot size and is more concentrated in one area, hence being a bit hotter. While the Pro has a larger spot size, heat gets distributed along the larger surface area, making it less painful.

You said you don't find it painful but did you find the original/precision painful? I know a lot of people didn't but personally I found the precision one to be VERY painful so I'm curious how this new one would feel to those of us that are more sensitive to lasers.

I’m using the pro version for past month. When I use on level 5, the fan kicks on. Is that normal?

Yes, that is totally normal. Initially it kind of freaked me out too but I asked the company and they say it is just fine.

The higher the energy level, the quicker the device's fan needs to cool down. Ensure that your skin can tolerate the selected level. You may feel warmth, but it should not cause pain.

How did you get it so quickly when I ordered mine 6 to 7 weeks. It wound up being 17 weeks. That was the very end of April 2023. I guess you have to be in the business to get the new one quicker. I was so disappointed.

I really don’t have the answer to that. I have plasma on my forehead though, and he did not seem to exacerbate at all. Remember that you do have the 90 day return. You might also check the website.

There's no contraindication to melasma.Instead it can improve the appearance of melasma due to is rejuvination process. Make sure to use sunscreen SPF 50 as the sunlight can make melasma worst.

proper angle and placement is the key. You can bite your lipo to cret enough space for tyh laser.

I would think that it would work somewhat however, it would never totally eliminate them, because they are made from very strong muscles and movement. The only way to totally eliminate that would be Botox in that area.

You can do the skin on your eye brows just under your brows, but I would not use it on the lids as a skin is too thin. It could potentially hurt your eyes I would think.

Yes. Although I don’t have fillers, I do have Botox on my forehead, and I always use it, or at least most of the time, I use it on my forehead too. I checked with the company and they say just wait a week after getting Botox or fillers and you should be just fine.

I just bought the new one, it came the day they released it, and because I recently have had a little filler, thought I would ask them. It took a long time to get back to me, but she said you could use it only in the lowest setting and that it can affect filler/Botox. So my plans to use it go thwarted, and now I am using it only on my chest and neck. But bad information can come across, even with these companies so I thought I would ask you,
