Not quite- it's only if they proceed to continue cussing or cussing to the point of escorting them out. However this cussing was clearly in formal attitude so it shouldn't be a problem to say it that way.
The defendant thinks that because she's attractive, she can be "taken care of." She has a terrible attitude just from what the viewers have seen in a few minutes, can you imagine what a nightmare she was during these altercations?

Yea no one grabbed her. Even her going to the hospital, I paid for the uber to get her there and helped her the whole time. Don't forget this is TV folks. They cut out a lot of evidence to build this narrative 😅
