Sabrina and Cristina are twin sisters. Cristina left her daughter, Carina, with Sabrina and never returned. Sabrina is seeking financial assistance from Cristina?
Without even previews notice, just live the child abs disappear. And then she Edit and wait until it was clear without the system she will get no help. It’s hard for the mother to pay that amount since she has a basic income, but life is life.
The moment the mother immediately asked for her daughter back over paying child support my alarm bells rang. That woman would likely only spend the bare min on her daughter and likely neglect her.
The way she tried to play the manipulative "we are family" card was impressive. We are family as long as I get what I want and screw you. Been done that road and learned family is not about blood but about mutual trust and respect.
I know I hate that it makes no sense. If someone is using you then you have every right to cut them off family or not. Raising kids is hard enough without ppl taking advantage of you and dropping their kids on you too. I don't understand why she didn't just come back to get her daughter if she wanted her.
“This is a family matter. We shouldn’t even be here” Would she have preferred her sister called social services and had her charged with abandonment instead?!
@@missdoojy You don’t have to, you can take them to court and show the judge all your evidence of taking care the kid, what she did was voluntary abandonment.

My husband and I adopted our two grandchildren when they were 18 months and 1 week old. We do not regret it. They are 15 and 14 now. We love them beyond the moon!
This happens more often than people want to admit. Mamas dropping off kids at grandmas or siblings houses and never coming back. No money, no nothing. Then they have the nerve to get mad if you ask for money for their kids! I'm glad the judge made the deadbeat pay her sister!
Man im Glad i was raised Totally different by my parents, I thank them Daily, wasnt the Richest Family, but just Black Working Class people. That kept me and my family diciplined and respectful...
My sister did the same thing to me with her dusty ass cat. After the 1st month I asked her for 50 dollars per month cat support and she had the nerve to ask me what for as if food, litter, brushing, and taking care of the cat happens through osmosis or something💅. Going on 3 months, haven't seen a dime.
I've been there done this. We (my ex-husband, and I) were awarded full permanent custody of my nephew/son. Same thing both parents were were to pay support....never received a dime from either one. We made it w/o them. Our son is now 19, & has always called us, "Mom and Dad." Our older sons were 11, & 12 years old when we won custody. So, we started all over. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Glad to see this outcome.
This Judge is one of the best I've seen. She's fair, non biased, and don't take any crap. I love it when she says, don't be sorry, just don't do it. If I ever have to go to court, I hope I have a judge with character as good as hers. Good job Judge Vonda B!!!
love how her sister acts like it a badge of honor that her child's father was in jail for drugs and the sane sister had to check her by pointing out hes a dead beat
- Why do people always have to say they’re actors, as if this crap doesn’t happen in real life. So what if they are acting out a concept that happens in real life ? It must make some people feel better not having to deal with the garbage that’s going on in their world.
When a mother drops her child off at a relative's house its called voluntary abandonment of a child/minor. As long as the child is being or going to be cared for financially and physically the family can petition the courts for sole custody.
She needs to do it. I mean I know the dad will have his own problems ( and should have a chance to see the child) when he gets out, but that child doesn't need to be with either of them
It's not easy but it can be done. My aunt and uncle took in another cousin of mine because his parents were just so neglectful. It was bad that they had to involve the state and all but (we'll just call him B.) Absolutely needed to be out of that house and into a home so they did what they had to. And I stand by them for that because he's a happy teenager now.
@@Dandan-tg6tj imagine how hard it is to connect with a child that you haven't seen in any long period of time, plus the change of being out of jail, along with the difficulty of finding a job. I know the challenges the dad could face. But until the dad is good and can obviously support them and everything. the kid shouldn't be living with them. Visiting is one thing. You are right tho, people can change but even that takes time so what do you do in that between time they changed and before?
“I can take care of my own child “ nobody who can take care of their child would drop them off and leave them . 🤦🏼♀️ and she had the nerve to roll her eyes to pay for child support !! Girl bye
The only reason she wants custody is to avoid paying the child support, if her sister kept taking care of her w/o assistance, she would continue living her child-free lifestyle.
Notice how she said that straight after being told she was going to have to pay child support. Not any any time before that say anything about getting her daughter back, she only said that not to get her daughter back but to get out of paying the money, that’s no mother.
Deadbeat mom: “We’re sisters this is a family matter. We shouldn’t even be here” Translation: She’s my sister, she’s family. She should support my child completely, she should be responsible financially for my kid because...family.
Sometimes you have to tell family no, because they will take advantage of you. edit- I'm too busy worrying about a dealer boyfriend to take care of my own personal responsibilities. Women like this are their own damn worst enemies.
@@tinahuttner7280 Her sister let her get away with that shit. I would have said nope. She has enough money to get those fucked up finger nails and a steady job. People will only do as much as you allow them too.
Erica Schaidt Sadly, I know family like this. It is also a shame when adults take their kids to the Grandparents and leave them there so they can party on the weekends.
She is going through stuff!!! She’s going through dick after dick after dick. That’s a busy job how dare you judge her parenting skills or lack there of
My mother has done that to every one of her kids, including me. Sadly drugs were the key factor of her choices. I got left to my great grandma. My 2 younger brothers, one was left to our grandma the other was left to our great aunt. Great aunt and great grandma adopted us, our grandma just got full legal custody of the other sibling. It’s sad, but it happens. And tbh I’m so grateful our family stepped up to be good parental figures for us when our parents weren’t.
Love this channel and Judge Vonda! I used to teach teens who had their babies, we gave them support, education and care so they could finish their High school degree and not be a drain on society. Once in awhile you got a mother who could t manage life with a baby but most would never ever give up their babies. Having those babies made them grounded and more focused as they wanted a better life for their babies than what they had. We gave them education, daycare support education on how to feed and care for their babies, how to manage money and also their core curriculum classes. They worked really hard. We graduated future nurses, realtors, sales people, teachers, doctors even! Too bad they closed the program.
Wait she left her daughter at her sister's house and couldn't get ahold of her??? DRIVE THERE!!!! WTH?? Holy moly thank you for the 5k likes! I've never had that many ever! You all rock.😊❤️
It’s amazing that she dropped the kid off, never came back, no money, no support, nothing. then said she would like to get her daughter back. I hate hearing that. You don’t get to just drop off a child and come back when it’s convenient for you. Being a parent means being selfless, and putting your child first.
“I would eventually like to get my child back” really? It’s so sad for the child to have such a selfish mother.lucky for her that she has a fantastic aunt, shame on mum but thank god for aunt.
Wow. So she just ditched her baby with her sister. Hopefully being identical, helped that poor child adjust easier than what it would be for most children.
@@b1akn3ss93 true but a child can be easily fooled by this. There's all kinds of videos on here where babies actually think that they are being held by their own father/mother and then the real one sneaks in the room to see the reaction. So it is very possible that if the baby is young enough it isn't that big of a transition.
@@mattpassos5689 nope the show is based of real life scenarios not event's could this happen in real life yeah but the scenes that they are playing out and it's event's are not real
This is why my legs stay closed because I can’t support another person, I can barely support myself. That sister relied on her man to provide money for her through drugs now that he is gone she shifted the responsibility to her sister.
Feminism at its finest like let’s be real “empowerment” 0% accountability, 0% responsibility, 100% victim mentality Her sister is a very good person, very responsible, and very caring that’s what feminism should be not the Thot shit But the thot girl is usually putting other ppl on support for the bag surprisingly she anit getting food stamps
Very responsible. A lot of ppl should take this advice. I too won't mess around with girls when I can't even properly take care of a possible child because If my Child ends up in a messed up situation it's AT LEAST partially my fault.
“you can roll your eyes I’m not bothered by it” love that response, I’m not bothered by it, letting someone know they can act however they want but it doesn’t make it right or get them what they want, love it
“Hitting the clubs twerking” When she has a child, Irresponsibility personified. I have side businesses, dealing. More judges should be like this. “What’s right is right.” Simple.
For real. When she laughed at that at the beginning the judge asked what's so funny and she said nothing. If that was a lie she would have said thats not true but she didn't. It gave it away that she is actually going out and doing that instead of being a mother
@David Gibson your very rude and disrespectful how could you call the judge a tacky bitch? Who are you do you even have a job you can't even do what this lady is doing yo attitude determines everything
Seeing a woman paying child support (although it's to another woman) is one of the most egalitarian things I've ever seen and I'm beyond happy to have witnessed it
@@samanthap of people that are ordered to pay child support, 85% are men. soooo, not exactly common for women to pay child support either. and here's a little twist that shows how broken the system is, women are awarded custody of the child more then men, but when it comes to abuse of childeren by parents, mothers are over twice as likely then men. between 2001 and 2006 over 1.4 million reports of child abuse by a mother acting alone, and almost 700 thousand reports of men acting alone. a bit odd that women get custody more but are more likely to abuse their children dont you think? bet you dont see that in the news!
@@mrexists5400 1. Women are more likely to ask for child support then men. 2. Women are more likely to seek a court order child custody arrangement then men. 3. In most cases of child custody the woman was already the primary caregiver, so in most cases it makes sense for the courts to continue it. 4. Men in cases of relationship breakdowns are more likely to claim no parental responsibility or paternity connection. 5. Even with child support orders men still get off remarkably easy as it's a near impossible order to enforce without the woman constantly going to court to get it enforced. 6. Women are humans with breaking points. And sadly many abuse cases are the result of lack of support structures in place be it for mental health, substance abuse, ect. Remember, society still veiws things like pregnancy very much the woman's fault. Men still get the " boys will be boys" or " sowing wild oats" passes while a woman gets told " next time keep your legs closed" or reminded about condoms and birth control.
@@mrexists5400 well to be fair in those situations women have a majority of visitation, which means they take care of the child more. Which means more money to be spent on the child. Whoever is not taking care of the child more pays more.
Love how you are for the child and not just on mom's side. You sure do have a sweet little girl on your lap. I am a 62 old grandma of 10. And proud of it.😊
I like this judge, clear thinking and right on point with the issue. I'm glad that there is somebody there in authority who can compel these low-life deadbeats to live up to their responsibilities and obligations.
I'm so happy that you always look out for the child💪💪May GOD Bless you and I pray that we get more JUDGES like yourself that are fair and impartial 👍👍😍
Judge Vonda is beautiful. This happens a lot. Sisters stay with dead beats and have several kids. Then their entire family sisters, moms and grandma all pick up the slack. Smh. Way to go judge! 👏😏
I am so glad Judge Vonda B. never forgets that health insurance!! I think these absent parents think things magically happen and their kids magically eat everyday but the ones who step up should definitely be compensated and not have to go in debt if it’s not their own kid!! 💕
See what character can do? The sister with the short hair has CRAZY beauty, outshines the other completely - and they are twins. 'Anything I said confused you?' Your honor, you are amazing, and your daughter is soooooooo precious!
@@Surmoka I disagree. The shorted haired it's much more sophisticated. But to be fair, this looked like a movie because all are really good-looking. The sisters and the Judge.
I love how fair this was. And I absolutely appreciate that the mother was not humiliated just spoken to as an adult human being with responsibilities. We all go through things, never too late to make a step in the right direction especially for our babies.
That’s actually how you humiliate people like this, by having an authority they respect humble them. If you treat them like a child, they know how to react to that, because they constantly act like a child. By treating them as an adult, they are in unfamiliar territory and will constantly be on the back foot.
HERE COMES THE JUDGE! 🔥🔥🔥Congratulations sis on your quality & much needed court show! It would be great to view this on a larger platform such as on a television network station. Hearing that Mr. Byron Allen considering purchasing rights to BET is wanting to present quality programming to the public, and is especially wanting to include interesting & substantive court sh
I like how this judge doesn't hurt the system by having an encarcerated person paying debt it will be coming from his own actual pocket when the case is modified . Very nicely done
My aunt (moms half sister) is my best friend. When my older brother and i were abandoned for 2 weeks in an empty apartment by our parents and found by our neighbors, she took us in for 2 years until we got adopted. Her and i are still incredibly close to this day. A good aunt is the best and she is a great aunt like this woman. That kid is lucky to have her.
Just because he's not with mom yall call him a dead beat who hurt y'all. With this case he's been locked up so kinda can't call him a dead beet without looking like a Karen
Sister should take over permanent custody, that supposed mother is full of it. How dare she abandon her child and get mad about paying support for a baby she choose to have. Smh
Now THIS IS THE JUDGE WE NEED🙌🏼🙌🏼 What’s right is right, man this happens so often people don’t even realize it. So sad I can’t imagine leaving my babies that long🥺
Nice work Judge. I'm from the UK and being a Dad is the most important thing in the world to me. I lost my wife in a car crash in 03 yeah 18 years ago and I have stayed single ever since as I never wanted the children to resent me for fetching another woman in their home. The children at the time were 8yo/12yo. I now have 2 grandchildren 10/5yo and life is real good. Thanks for looking out for the children and doing a grand job.
Well done to you sir. Raising two kids after such a tragedy mustve been hard. My daughter is only 2.5 yrs old and I certainly am not the perfect mother, but my God I couldn't leave her for one night. Nevermind 6 mths. Crazy.
insane as in high? I was paying $750 a month for myself (when I was in between jobs) that is what it cost me to keep my health insurance through my former employer.
I don't know why ya'll have such expensive insurance through your employers. I just pay 100 a month for everything, including catastrophe insurance. Who tf ya'll working for?
1: Mom sleeps with someone who cannot or will not support the child and obviously makes poor life choice ☑️ 2: Mom drops kid off at Sisters house and has zero accountability for he own actions ☑️ 3: Mom doesn’t understand why she is at fault? ☑️ I bet she has enough time to go to the club 🔁
