@@preciousvanguard.9589 Pretty clear to us you are extremely jealous of this young gentlemans mannerism and behaviour. That is a fact, the second fact is, that you are an asshole, the third fact is, you identify with those who behave poorly.
Judge Judy is being unnecessarily rude here. She doesn’t need to tell this woman that she sounds “stupid”. The woman is nervous. Anyone would be. Then she has this narcissist on a power trip up there on her throne who keeps barking at her and interrupting her. Yeah I’m not at all impressed with Judge Judy. It might be time for her to retire. Mean old bat. Pfft. Rude.
just out of curiosity why would you say She screwed herself when she said she instructed the boy to walk around the dog i do not understand why she screwed herself by making that statement can you explain.
doesnt it also mean that she basically confirms that she knows her dog is a threat to other people by wanting the person to walk out of reach from the dog
It shows that she herself knows her dog is poorly trained and reactive, likely to snap at people. It's also very entitled. Like I told him to go around us and keep his distance. It's his fault. This girls story is sounding suspicious.
This is basic. How the heck are yall raising your children in America, that a child answering questions in a calm maner is something to be proud of. Are you all just breeding humans or actually raising them?.
That kid handled that so well, props to him. He answered every question with a straightforward yes or no without hesitation. He was very polite as well.
I love her calm and reserved she is with children. She takes into consideration what they have to say and don't undermind them just because they are younger, she listens carefully to them and asks them comprehensive questions which are easy for them to answer. She great with children, very straightfoward and understandingly patient
that kid is pretty well spoken for a 10 year old,he gives streight yes and no answers,no backtracking no backtalking or excuses. why the hell cant any of the adults do that?
I feel like when they try to defend themselves, Judge Judy can see through their BS and when she pulls it out and rubs it in their faces, the adults gets flustered and started acting childish. Kinda like Ace Attorney, but in real life.
Say it with me: Early training for all dogs keeps the dog and others safe. If you know your dog is reactive, you act early before this happens hands down
It’s actually an intimidation tactic to scare kids into telling the truth. If she senses they are being truthful, she shows a slightly lighter side, as we saw here.
@@gradymcclintock6160 ofc she is 😂she would not have a tv show if she ruthlessly roasted kids like she did adults LMAOO But then again…roasting entitled little kids would be a funny show
Well, the kid did say he didn't say anything. HOWEVER, if you know your dog bites, put a muzzle on it or say something. Don't stand there and say nothing assuming everyone knows. Dog bit someone, you're responsible for it..
@@CrayolaCrack I agree she deffinetly already knew her dog had a biting history. But the kid not saying anything. Shock will make you react differently depending on the trauma to the body. His flight response probably kicked in and he was trying to just make it home
@@lock7254 no it’s not weird lmao. You realize some cases are BS and lie to the judge? Watching it feels like you’re questioning who is right and who isn’t. You took my comment very wrong, it’s not weird 😂😂
@Harry Huston I'm South African. For the Mandela effect to be real, that would mean my entire country made up our first black president. NO ONE in South Africa remembers anything other than Mandela being president. But because some stupid Americans confused Chris Hani or Oliver Tambo or some other African leader not even from South Africa for being Mandela, we must now sit and hear this BS from you on a Judge Judy RU-vid comment thread. As we say in my country, "'Tsek!"
Pretty sure he's not even wrong, saying that the police department called you and told you that they found the dog because it bit someone else IS hearsay. Ideally you'd have the person who made the phone call to call as a witness and testify that that is what happened. However this is not a real courtroom (it's third party arbitration), there are no lawyers, no jury who need to be kept on the pertinent facts and there's a lot more leeway in not following technically proper procedure. The fact that he had the police reports to back up what had happened means that Judy isn't going to randomly strike the testimony and move on to the next question, there's no reason to, noone who needs it struck. Shes the one making the judgement at the end of the day so instructing herself to forget testimony is stupid. She will weigh it as it deserves to be weighed. She knows what's hearsay.
As a mother with a son myself I hope that he heals physically and mentally. I hope the boy will be ok. This is downright disgusting. I can see the sadness in the boys eyes. I feel sorry for him.
If it look like you’re winning, NEVER INTERRUPT YOUR ENEMY and keep your mouth shut. See how the child doesn’t interrupt when the defendant is Talking? The defendant is trying to lie her way out but JJ isn’t fooled!
"JJ isn't fooled"? How can she be fooled? She manipulates the witnesses and the evidence to corroborate her own decision. Obviously she can't lose. A perfect storm.
Of all the judge Judys I have seen, this 10 year old witness, giving testimony to the judge is the most truthful and straightforward I have ever, ever seen. A remarkable young lad - confident, who did not exaggerate. He merely stated what happened. The most impressive witness I have seen on this channel.
@@deadboltzz5199 lmao 😂 yeah I was just going to comment on how creepy that was. We all know she's not going to be complimenting his eyes if he was like 30-40 years older.
Isn't it a federal law that you can't lie under oath? How can so many people get away with clearly lying to the judge and not get reprimanded for it? Anyone who lies in court should automatically get in trouble
im so happy to see that shes respectful to children :') like she doesnt talk or act the way she does with adults (i know probably why) and it just makes me happy to see that lol.
Omg like JJ really described what the defendant was doing PERFECTLY at about 4:20. And it's so funny bc I can almost actually feel that feeling of embarrassment when I was in the middle of a story and I was trying to lie and I just kept getting spacier and spacier farther and farther away from my point. 😂😂😂 Wow, I just cant believe how perfectly JJ was articulating that! Hahah.
@@zackzeman6449 But with all of the brainless, clueless, narcissistic FOOLS that blow through her courtroom, they DESERVE any AND all the DRAGGING and ROASTING that Judge Judy puts them through!
I find judge just annoying & overbearing. She manipulates the cases she presides over. She asked this woman a question & then told her to shut up the minute she opened her mouth to answer. My biggest beef with her is that she's always saying it's her court. Sorry but I always thought the court was for we the people. She's just there as a mediator between the 2 people in dispute.
Oh c'mon ,looks can be deceiving , in WW1 , a young handsome German corporal captures their enemy's prized mascot a British Jack Russell terrier. You'd expect that Jack Russell Terrier would attack that German Hun. Guess who was that German corporal no other than Adolf Hitler...
Why would she pull her dog back and hold her dog back if it was friendly… ffs the kid was bit and had shots. Muzzle ur dogs in public to Avoid this kind of stuff if ur respectful of others. If my dog bit a child I would be devastated
My dogs very aggressive to other dogs and to some people (depends if he likes your vibe lol) but i keep him on a firm leash , distanced from other people or animals . I also instructed my wife to NEVER walk both of our dogs at the same time if I’m not home because my dog will yank the leash and run off if she has two dogs with her and she can’t focus on mine specifically . In other words you can bring a dangerous dog out to help socialize them but you HAVE to be hyper aware of just how dangerous it is. When kids walk by and ask if they can pet him, i straight up tel them “no, he will bite you”
I keep mine a good distance away from people and other dogs and warn them that she isn’t ok around other noisy boisterous dogs and have used a bright yellow coat with “ please give me some space” written clearly on the dogs high visible coat but sometimes u get idiots who walk right up to my dog to see why they need to give her space and allow their dogs off the leash to run at my dog which then makes my dog react . It’s not the animal that needs educating it’s sometime the general public .
I love how Judge Judgy can see the lies some of these people tells and then proceeds to tear into them, and I love how kind but firm she can be with kids and the decent adults.
3:30 I'm gonna stop you right there, lady, you don't get to direct ANYONE on a public sidewalk to do anything. You need to control your dog, you need to muzzle your dog in public if its a biter, if you can't, then you should not have a dog. PERIOD, the end.
Her husband believes the dog didn't do anything. Nothing to do with believing his wife for God's sake! He also knows the dog well. It's not a she said, he believes type of thing. They both believe the dog didn't do it. Gosh, I hate people who are either INCELS (malesł) or easily swayed by looks (males & females) and attack the partner they believe isn't.
Let me get this straight. She directed a kid to go around her into the street or onto someones grass so she could push her dog in a baby stroller? Hmmm. Sounds like a "Karen" to me. She and her dog/stroller are "entitled" to exclusive use of the sidewalk
Looks like the parent and kid were just after an easy pay day to me. At least she asked the kid to go around, but everyone feels sorry for the kid, serves the kid right imo, he should have listened, but I'm sure the little darling never lies LMFAO
@@Toastrackman Idiot, if your dog bites you should be more careful. It’s her fault lol. Ain’t no small child going to purposefully get mauled for money he’s not gonna have use over Dog trainers agree with the kid and his dad so take the hint
@Harry Huston i think the point being made here is, Mari H, you got it all wrong. the dog wasnt in the stroller she had the dog AND a baby stroller... i mean even a 10 hear old shouldve understood that, no pun intended lol. And the people liking and supporting your comment, might be the only time I pray they arr just bots
I was bit by a dog when I was little. I had an intense fear of dogs until I grew up. When I was bit though I was scared as all hell I worried the dog would be hurt and that broke my heart! This boy is so sweet. People need to be in control of their animals.
Shit, my grandma would always cuss my granddad for letting the dog ride in the front seat of the truck with him, he literally treated him like a human 🤣
@@Sadi__ I trained my dog and I care for my fur baby. This is a irresponsible owner that did not socialize and train their dog that well. Also dogs are more loyal than any human and might save their owner’s life one day.
@@weebpotato2366 I understand that. I know some humans are annoying and completely cruel. The only problem is that I’ve heard of so many incidents where people claimed their dogs would never bite anyone only to find out the dog attacked someone a while later (mainly young kids) we don’t ever know what animals are thinking and it seems that dogs are only loyal because you feed them and look after them, they seem like little users. They’re only loyal when you do something nice for them but forget to feed them or irritate them and they’ll snap. I myself have been attacked my a dog and my neighbors leg was literally bitten off by his dog.. dogs are still animals.. there are some homeless people you can go take in and they’ll act just as loyal as dogs 🤷🏻♀️
I am not a pet owner so I don't claim to understand this life style. But why is it that pet owners usually care about their animals more than they care about the person their animal hurt?
Rabies shots, and the fact he was given them means that there were bite marks. Nothing in this video suggests otherwise. In the 2nd video photos of the injuries are handed to judge judy along with medical records

Imo the Dad put the kid up to this, so he could get an easy pay day. Everyone can't see past the kids politeness, but that doesn't mean honesty. You can practically see the averice in the fathers eyes 🤑
First she says “that is false” when the boy said that she had the leash on her hand while she was holding onto the stroller and then later says she did. The boy makes sense and she doesn’t. Easy to tell who is lying.
"Did you know what the dog looked like?" "Yea. It was white and fluffy." XD I'm glad he noticed the fluff factor, but I think the breed was what JJ was after...
Well rehearsed you mean! I'm sure butter wouldn't melt, and the little angel never ever lies, and Dad just wanted to show him off to the nice Judge lady, and it really had nothing to do with screwing someone over for an easy pay cheque.
@@ouruaOG Yea I'm sure this little angel would have been a good witness at the 1692 Salem witch trials lol Good manners mean nothing unless there's honesty.
In the State of New Jersey if a dog bites someone it has to be reported and they can euthanize the dog. I believe she's trying to keep the dog but sure as heck not helping the case at all.
Well, it depends on how serious the bite is. If it isn’t that serious, then they recommend obedience classes for the dog or a muzzle to wear in public. However if the bite is serious or deadly, then the dog might have to be euthanized.
@@livrobinson7212 In this case, the dog had bitten at least 2 people. She definitely hadn't helped her case because a repeat biter is definitely getting euthanized.
The dog owner may look like an adult but it is easy it see she's still a teenager in her head. Lacking responsibility, maturity, respectfulness and in general all of lifes most valuable lessons. The ones we all teach ourselves by thinking and having a consciousness.
