a lot of people dont even realize that there are 3 sizes of dachshunds. Standard ,miniature and kaninchen.

We have a long haired Chiweenie and I’m really enjoying watching this channel. I see the biggest difference in ours is his face is shorter. But the length of body, short legs, and weight are right there. I love the elevated bath tub you have that is going to be a must. Leaning over the tub is a back breaker.

I bought a Show AKC GCH from a breeder and I would love to learn what kind shampoo I could use to help a Dachshund coat to grow? I own Mini's as well. Just asked our groomer at the shop to clip this show girl for me. She watched your video and did every step. And she looks fabulous thanks to your video I showed her..

I love this video. Thank you for showing and explaining those techniques. I will say, my dachshund is not a show dog, but he has that fluffy chest fur (Whisky has in video) on both of his sides and I’m worried he will be too hot this summer as he already is this spring. He does not like strangers so I will have to do the work myself. I AM willing to! Do you have any recommendations on fluffy hair side trimming?

@@BestInShowBitch It was fine. My only suggestion is that you bring a light with you to shine on where are the dog is being trimmed. That is difficult to see, but more like would absolutely help disability

You said you could use a 10 or a 12 blade. on the neck. Where do you find a 12 blade? Is it shorter than a 10?
