Doing Nail Art using ONLY Acrylic 

They turned out really really good with this being your first time trying to make an entire character. It was really creative and I'd love to see you try it again with poly gel and maybe even more acrylic

Emily, i wanted to say thank you. I started watching your videos about 6 years ago. I didn't do my nails, to be honest I was in a pretty awful place and id come to your content to just breathe and reset. It took 3 years of watching for me to finally decide to try doing my own nails. I had just had a baby, gotten out of a horribly abusive relationship and was left with zero self confidence. The first time I did my nails i remember i felt better. I wanted to put makeup on again and i wanted to change out of my pjs. Than eventually i wanted to go out and do things again. It started with the nails though, and the nails started with you. While i doubt youll ever see this I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for being a constant in my life when i needed it the most. Thank you for always inspiring me and being so genuine. Thank you for helping me to find myself again. Much love and support always

I think when people do these types of designs they build up the various shapes and then use gel polish and paint it around the edges of the shapes shapes and that’s what gives it those outlines or gradients. Like for instance after you build the circle for kuromi face - paint around that edge with gel polish and then continue building your other pieces of the image- anywhere you want an outline or a thin line of color you just paint the edges of those shapes before you move on to building a new piece. ❤ also your drawing that can be seen through the back of your nail…looks just like a uterus 😂 and my final comment…you did such a good job! I think they look fantastic! Obviously the more u practice the more clean these designs with be, but hello! for your first time trying this 👏🏼 I’m impressed ❤

Heyyy don't give yourself such a hard time, for your first attempt, and to be honest these characters although they seem simple, symmetry and getting the lines clear for them matters so they're a complicated pick for this art style! You did AMAZING and they turned out WAY better than I thought they would, if I were you I'd be so proud of myself, give those nails a little extra love for what they represent, you are very talented and not afraid to try new things and you are definitely growing fast in skill!

Honestly when you did the reveal I was amazed , I thought they came out great ! Of course there’s a few little things to improve here and there but , like , that’s to be expected for the first time trying a new technique , don’t be so hard in yourself !

The clear really did work well! Way better than I expected. I didn't have high hopes before the filing but I am actually very impressed how well each shape turned out. yes there are imperfections, especially in the cuticle areas, but looking at each individual shape they are all precise and clean. Around the eyes of Kuromi I can definitely see what you meant by over-filing because during the time-lapse while you were filing I think there was a moment where the heart eyes were better than the end results. This is a hard technique so I'm impressed how well your first try turned out!

I really love how it came out painting over them definitely fixed the wonky parts shouldn't be so hard on yourself just have fun making them even though it can be stressful

I need to start binge watching your videos again... 😢 Because u post less I'm not into doing my nails as much it feels cuz Everytime I see your video I'm always happy to watch it and do some with you when your videos are long. But I think it's just the energy that you have makes me want to ❤ because I tried watching different videos different help the same like I wasn't to give up already.. I've been here since the pandemic started and girl I can't Believe how happy I was receiving all the nail products and doing my nails and now I'm still buying stuff but not as much. That could be it too but I don't think so.. I l know this might all sound weird but I'm here for every video the only thing I did last was give my self a simple manicure with gel polish. I miss long nails but don't have any inspiration until your videos come but I have but gel and just those tiny French tips with the flower to hold while applying it and I'm look forward to doing them actually. ❤❤❤ I even have some iridescent flakes to encapsulate.. if I actually do them I'll tag or msg you on IG 💅🏽🤘🏽😆...
