Hi FHI Prince Peter - the law is the same whatever your sexuality - the same protection applies for male victims of domestic abuse as it does for females, and sexuality doesn't change how the law applies, although it may change how housing officers consider it - about one third of reported incidents of domestic abuse are where the victim is male, but there is obviously some way to go for professionals to correctly recognise it and respond to it.
