I've been doing regular push ups on the ground for almost a year, but when I tried rings, Hell no! It's harder to do than it looks and literally ring push ups will humble you so I started with knee instead of full😂😅

Started rings a couple of months ago. I recently moved the rings to the garage and the straps don't have enough length to reach the floor. You convinced me I need to include ring push-ups in my workout again.

Great video Dominik, can I ask what you think of moving the rings higher for those who can't do horizontal pushups? i.e. incline pushups and then move the rings down over time...

Nice video as always ! Some hard variations here :) I'm really struggling with the pelican pushup, even with half pelican, i can do down but i'm so weak when i want to go up !
Now you just need a good place to hang them, hard to find. I just recently bought rings, first thing was to train for frontlever on them, it was a whole different exercise than on bars.
The pseudo planche push ups it's such a good exercice for shoulder strength! I have a question bro: you achieved the pseudo planche hold doing pseudo push ups? Nice vid! 💪💪
yeah I did pseudo planche pushups always with 2s hold on top with proper protraction & depression and also later the last progression (number 10) on handles and on floor =) + any kind of good bent arm pressing will help you get there (hspu, military press, tuck planche pushups....) thanks man! =)
Noce video Dominik! I'm training with rings, too and I'm doing negative rings pull ups. One of my elbows elbow hurts a lot when performing these and after the workout. Do you habe any tips? I'm trying to keep my arms close to my body and flexing my muscles. I don't know where the pain is coming from. Maybe my joints are still to weak...
When doing push up on rings, what to mention about range of motion? Should my breast touch the ground as with a normal pushup on the ground (and posterior tilt and stuff)?

Dominik, I have trouble maintaining proper posterior pelvic tilt when my legs are together. Hip width apart I have no problem. Does this matter? Why would this be?
hop on those rings and , go to hand stand position on the rings ,you feet pointing up toward ceiling , when you are ready you can start your push ups brate :) You can do it !
It will be done!!! =) my cross is a bit weak right now... I just started training it after my shoulder injury but it will be rock solid this year so one quick tutorial shouldn't be a problem =)
